In the midst of that, it's natural that you would be assessing your life path forward and often feel like you're waiting for green lights. The waiting can feel frustrating. What do you "do" then while you're waiting? Continue reading for a higher view that helps you make the most of this juncture. Background A new year typically comes with a sense of hopefulness and a determination to make a fresh start. We are conditioned to see it that way, regardless of what the previous year was like. Indeed it's human nature to strive for something better and to seek new options. It's like we have a natural tendency to want to turn the page on "what was" to explore and manifest things reflecting our advancement. This year's uncertainty tests our patience and our willingness to forge forward without our usual life map. So much about our everyday life has been turned upside down. Everywhere we look we see a world in disarray - unsettled and without a grand plan for how humanity will navigate so many crises simultaneously. When we internalize this, we can feel like we are personally waiting for some outer event before we can go forward. Waiting in Context Indeed we have this concept upside down. There is no personal waiting, not in the larger context. We are part of the collective and this unique phase of rebirth involves all beings and all systems humanity has constructed to co-exist on the planet. It's not a quick process. In fact when we take the higher view of humanity's evolution to this point, we realize the slow progression and awakening that occurred centuries before we were born. Fast forward to now. Even this year, as I wrote about in the article "New Beginnings," we can initiate new beginnings not possible until now. This happens as we apply our personal energy and our personal evolution leading to now that needs to be witnessed, harnessed, and applied going forward. As we apply this unique storehouse of personal energy and evolution, we step into the driver's seat of what we can create this year. This will happen a step at a time, so relax. When we get ahead of ourselves, insisting on seeing all of the steps and rushing them, we sabotage our own divine orchestration of evolution. That occurs in quantum, not linear - which means we cannot possibly anticipate all of the miracles and openings that will appear as we simply show up and do our best. January 28 Full Moon I suggest we take advantage of this crossroads we're in. To do that, we must accept that there will be chaos and roller-coaster planetary energies sparking revolutionary shifts in society. This month's highlights include the January 28 full moon in Leo. This will bring powerful and potentially disruptive transformational energies that come with a bonus: stirring creative approaches to how we live on Earth, how we see each other, how we see ourselves. Mercury Retrograde Mercury goes retrograde on January 30, too, giving us opportunities to reflect, rethink, and revision our personal lives at a foundational level. When we see this "slow down" as a gift from the universe, taking the time to re-investigate our goals and values, the 3-week retrograde can be a blessing in disguise - helping us to see ourselves and the path ahead from spirit's perspective. Below is a simple exploratory process to work with between now and February 20. Update Your Life Vision Process Since you have potentials you didn't have before 2021, consider updating your life vision in terms of what you value, your goals, and your place in the world. Reflecting on these 3 things now helps you elevate your life to a brand-new level. What You Value Consider that what you value is different than a year ago before the pandemic. It's essential to consciously reflect on what's important to you as a soul. As you become still and reflect, examples will come to you of what to update. Write them down if that helps you connect more fully and tangibly. Your Goals Explore in a reflective way your life goals and how manifesting them will make a difference in your joy, satisfaction, and a feeling of heart connection here in this physical world. During reflection, consider specific goals that need a refresh of some kind. This means looking at your goals in a quantum way vs linear - inviting a higher view of unnecessary self-imposed limits and the conditioned tendency to seek approval from the outside world. Make a note of updates you make. Your Place In The World Since you are updating your values and goals, this naturally shifts how you see your place in the world. That's because these elements are intertwined. Therefore, become still and reflect about your place in the world - beginning with family and soul family - then expanding to groups, causes, organizations, and global concerns. As you purposefully update how you see your place in the world, notice what themes come into your mind. Pay attention to planetary issues you feel a personal affinity for resolving as well. Write these down to help anchor your insights and any particular impressions of what can manifest from your efforts and focus. Trust that doing this reflection process will help you seed beneficial expansions and opportunities that are in alignment with where you as a soul at meant to travel in 2021. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are in this for the long haul with all of you; we are very patient as we walk alongside you on this very significant journey you are on there on planet Earth. We consider it to be an honor to be invited to your little party, and we are so excited to be on the path with you for all of the wonderful twists and turns that you have coming up in order to bring you into a higher frequency state.

As many of you know, the fifth dimension is not a place you go to; it is a state of being that you maintain. It is a vibration that you continuously offer, and when your shift in consciousness is completed, you won’t have to try to get into the fifth-dimensional state. It will be automatic, but it will be automatic because of what you are doing right now.

Many of you dip your toes into the hot bathwater that is the fifth dimension from time to time, and you stay there for as long as you can. Whenever you do that, you bring some of that energy back with you to the fourth. You come down, but you are changed by the experience, and you are projecting a different type of consciousness, a different level of consciousness, and the rest of humanity feels that.

You do realize that you can help others shift just with your presence. Just by emanating love from your being-ness, you are helping everyone there on Earth. This shift is not about doing, and we think we’ve established that it’s not about things happening outside of you, but it is about you and the vibration you offer. Offering a high vibration more consistently has a bigger impact than anything you could do right now. This is what those of you who are truly awake recognize, even without beings and collectives like ourselves telling you. In fact, many, many of you who are part of the new age community just emanate love because you know that’s how you want to feel.

You were born sensitive; you were born empaths. And therefore, you could not stand to be around anything that was of a lower vibration for very long. And the world needs you now more than ever to shine that light, to exude that high vibration, and to set that example for the rest of your fellow humans who are still of the belief that what’s happening outside of them is more powerful and more influential than what’s coming out of their own energy fields. You set the tone for this shift every time you achieve a higher-vibrational state, and you invite your fellow humans to join you.

You are there to not only make it to 5D; you are there to enjoy the journey that you are on. And we are here to help and to support; we are here to remind you of what you already know but that you sometimes forget because you got caught up in someone else’s idea of what the shift is all about.

Now is your time to shine because you are needed so very much by people who will never meet you, never read a book or a blog that you’ve written, and never watch a video that you’ve made. And we say that because we want you to know that your impact is bigger than your reach into the ears and eyes of those that you are capable of reaching. Please do not ever feel that you are bothering us or wasting our time when you reach out to us and tell us what you need, what you’re feeling, and what your take is on what’s going on there on planet Earth. We want to hear from you. Now, because we are a nonphysical collective, we are essentially consciousness, and therefore, we have no limitations placed upon us in regards to how much information we can take in at one time. No matter how many times a day you reach out to us, we will be able to hear what you have to say.

And with all of that information, we can better strategize around what energies to send you, what portals to open, what alliances to form, and so on. You are part of our galactic team. To us, you are the extra-terrestrials, even though we know that most of you have existed in our star system as well. We know the value of working as a team, and we want you to recognize that value as well. We also want you to value yourselves; we want you to see yourselves as significant members of this team.

You all didn’t create the myriad issues you have there on Earth; you all went there to fix the problems, find the solutions, and raise the consciousness so that all of humanity would be able to do so. Therefore, you are just like us, only you are there in the flesh. You are the ground crew; we are the nonphysical support staff. We are all in this together, and all of the problems of Earth were problems that you inherited from other parts of the galaxy.

So none of it, none of the giant mess that has been created there, is really humanity’s fault. But of course, you have to live your lives believing that in order to feel something, and you have to feel something negative first in order to feel something positive. We are giving you permission to feel the positive emotions, the higher vibrations, and we want you to feel as good about yourselves as you possibly can for even being there and taking one, or several, for the team.

This is why all you have to do is open up and receive our help and the help we provide, along with the other beings and collectives in our little alliance. This is no time for you to feel ashamed of where you are as a collective. But rather, we want you to recognize that you are the ones who are there to let in all of the energies that will serve humanity the most. You are there to ground them and make them available to your fellow humans, and we will remain here in the ninth dimension to help, and our suggestion box is always open.

We are giving ourselves a chance to stop every once in a while and appreciate the beautiful universe that we are doing our part to co-create. We are, of course, always looking to help, always looking to do our part to bring the consciousness of this universe to a higher level. But we understand that there must be a balance between moving towards what we are all inevitably becoming and taking that time to reflect on how far we’ve already come and what we’ve already created.

No matter where you are in your life right now, you can benefit from more of this kind of balance in your lives and in your being-ness. As much as you are eagerly awaiting the next upgrade, the next activation, the next giant leap forward in your consciousness evolution, you have to take time out to appreciate the beautiful world you have co-created.

And even if it is challenging at times to find the beauty on your world, that’s all the more reason to be putting your effort and attention on getting to that place of appreciation for what already is. You must bring those two sides of yourselves together – the side that is always striving for more and the side that just wants to kick back, relax, and do nothing. You want there to be harmony between the creative aspect of you and the part of you that feels very satisfied with what already is in your lives and on your world.

Striking that balance makes you a better creator being; it makes all of your effort towards manifestation more effective and faster. There has to be balance between doing and not doing, between masculine and feminine, between desire and appreciation, or else you’ll always overwhelmed, or you’ll always feel stuck. The key to determining what you need to strike that balance is checking in. You have to look at your current energy level, and you have to take into consideration what you genuinely desire in the moment you are in, or else your decision will be determined by programming. And you want to break free from parental, societal, and even internalized programming, so that you can be you.

You have to be honest with yourselves about how you’re feeling, what you’re wanting and whether you are in balance or out of balance in the moment. That’s how you get to where you want to go, and it’s also just a more pleasant way to be in this beautiful universe of ours.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are feeling the vibrations that you are offering as individuals, and we can also feel into the overall vibration being offered by the human collective. You are bringing in higher frequency energies, and as individuals, you are affecting the human collective’s overall vibration. You are also taking yourselves to higher levels within the fourth dimension, and in so doing, inviting the rest of humanity to come along for the ride.

Here is what gets in the way, however. When you look at someone else and their words, their actions, their beliefs, and you feel yourself moving into a space of judgment and condemnation, that is the moment when you rescind the invitation. You must let the rest of the collective, and all of the individuals within it, be where they are in order for them to evolve on their own. You cannot talk someone into being compassionate. You cannot make someone think the way that you think or believe what you believe, and even if you could, doing so would not affect that person’s vibration. You would not be expanding their consciousness in any sort of measurable way.

The best thing that you can do for the rest of humanity is to live your truth. In so doing, you are offering those invitations, you are setting an example, and most importantly, you are staying in that higher vibrational state. And that is what humanity needs more than anything else. People are changing. They are growing and evolving, and they don’t need to be convinced of anything in order to make those leaps forward. We want you to recognize what your role is there as changemakers and wayshowers. You are not there to poke and prod people into living in a higher vibrational state. You are there to gently offer that invitation so that they may make the choice for themselves to evolve and to join you in a better feeling place.

In the meantime, you may feel alone. You may feel that there aren’t enough people around you who share your vibration and certainly not enough people who share in your beliefs and your outlook on life. And that is simply something for you to have to handle, but it is not a permanent situation that you find yourselves in. As we said, people are growing and evolving, and more of them are waking up every single day. So it is up to you then to make the most of the connections that you do have while you continue to be the ones who are holding space for the rest of humanity to come along for the ride.

THE 9D ARCTURIAN COUNCIL - WHICH REALITY IS COMING?

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very particular about what we put our attention on, because we know that if we put our attention on something, it will not be long before we are vibrating in harmony with it and then creating more of it in our experience. All realities are real, and all truths are true. You are all choosing which reality you are experiencing right now, and in so doing, you are choosing which reality you are moving towards next. People keep arguing over what is true at this time, but those people think that there is just one reality that everyone is supposed to agree upon as the ‘one true reality.’

Now, it is true that you can focus on a reality that you are not currently experiencing, but if that is the case, then that reality had better be one that you want to experience, because if you’re putting your attention on it, then it’s coming. So it is important to ask yourself whether you want to experience the reality that you are focusing upon but that is not right in front of you in the moment. You can even create realities for yourselves that are in the past from your current moment’s perspective.

We say that you should choose wisely what you focus upon, because you do want to experience a good-feeling reality, a reality where you get to experience what you want to experience. And you cannot do that while at the same time pushing against some reality that you read about on the Internet. It is very, very important for you all to learn how to discern, and you do that by listening to your bodies, your emotions, your hearts, and your chakras. They will tell you whether the reality you’re focusing upon is one that you want to experience, but then you have to listen to those signs that are coming to you from within your own being-ness.

And we know that many of you receiving this transmission right now are aware of all of this, but we also know that it is easier to hold this as a belief than it is to put it into practice, just as it is easier for you to say that you are Source Energy than it is for you to be Source Energy in action there in a physical body on Earth. These are a few of the challenges you’ve placed in front of yourselves for this very important lifetime. What we want you to do more of is pay attention to what you are focusing upon and how it feels, and we encourage you to ask yourself if that is a reality that you truly want to experience. And if you want to go even further, then ask yourself why.

Do you want to be right, or do you want to feel in alignment with Source? The choice is yours, and from where we are sitting, the choice is simple. We always choose alignment with Source, and we are always feeling the expansion of Source as a result. Trust us when we say that it is the only way to live, the only way to be, the only way to exercise your free will in this free will universe, with all of its duality and all of its polarity.

COUNCIL OF ELDERS REPORT The Medicine Wheel and the Star Family Juliano by David K. Miller

We are happy to announce that this is the fourth part of a series of 10 articles from a 2011 channeling by Chief White Eagle and Juliano through David K. Miller. This information is relevant to our planetary healing projects, and we would like to bring this information to the attention of our members again, especially since we have a large number of new members who may have never seen this lecture. For the final installment, we will add updated information on the medicine wheel, given to us recently by Juliano.  Part 4 Using the Earth's feedback loop system can be a way of controlling weather patterns in certain parts of the world. The Earth's feedback loop system, for example, can be used to affect volcanic eruptions. It can be used to create earthquakes. In fact, this high militaristic scientific project called HAARP (Editor's note: High Altitude Auroral Research Program), high-frequency auroral radio propagation research is working to crack the codes of the feedback loop system. Eventually, they are coming close to it because they now understand that there is a basic harmonic frequency on the Earth. It is a basic tone of vibration that the Earth is on. All planets, all stars have a radio frequency vibration. The people that are doing the HAARP experiments want to explore what will happen if, or if it is possible, to shift the Earth frequency. What will that do? That is what I call "playing with fire," because scientists don't understand all the reasons why a planet would be vibrating on a certain harmonic.  I want to also discuss a little bit more about planetary harmonic frequencies because you are all attuned to harmonic frequencies. The Harmonic Convergence and the harmonic energies of 1987 was a big doorway for many of you. Many of you were sensitive to the 11-11-11 energies because this was also a time of harmonic energies and communication with the Earth. Harmonic energies can be opportunities to communicate with the Earth's feedback loop system.  The 12-12-12 is also another example of planetary harmonic energy. Also, even 12-12-11, which is coming up in about nine days, is also a powerful time to communicate with the harmonic energies. Harmonic energies activations can become part of the Earth's feedback loop system, and the Medicine Wheels and the crop circles can be tools to interact with the harmonic energy field of the planet. They can be tools in which many people through group meditations can telepathically communicate in a harmonic way with the Earth and also help to restabilize the Earth's energy system.   The Earth's feedback loop system is being affected by the disharmony that is occurring on the planet. Disharmony and disharmonic energy create irregular vibrations that will affect the harmonic vibration of the planet and, therefore, affect the feedback loop system. Harmonic convergence and harmonic energies, such as what you experienced on 11-11-11, are ways of stabilizing the harmonic energy field of the planet. This is one of the most powerful tools in Biorelativity, the stabilization of harmonic light and the creating of harmonic light.  Now, harmonic light also has different cycles, so that you can be on resonant cycles and that can still create a harmony. This is also found in music where you can have some people sing a different octave above or below the main score. It still all harmonizes. I want you all to understand that harmonic energy and the creation of harmonic energy is one of the most powerful tools in the Biorelativity field. The use of the Medicine Wheel, the Medicine Circle, can accelerate harmonic energy and harmonic light. The mere creation of the Medicine Circle is establishing a harmonic energy field where you built it. That harmonic energy field can be utilized multi-dimensionally. That harmonic energy field can be used to send harmonic energy to the Earth feedback loop system. It can be used to connect with other Medicine Wheels around the planet. The crop circles are also harmonic tools that can be used for fine-tuning of the Earth's harmonic energy.  We need to understand that the Earth has a very complex harmonic pattern. It could be necessary to have various adjustments of the harmonic frequency that can only be expressed in complex geometric patterning. That complex geometric patterning can be expressed in the crop circle.  The Medicine Wheel also has the ability to do harmonic adjustments to the Earth just like the crop circles. But the Medicine Wheel is not built as complex as the crop circles. You have seen the crop circles, and you have seen many of the complex geometric patterns. Some of those patterns probably have never been seen before on the Earth and, therefore, may not be easily reproducible. The beauty of the Medicine Wheel is this: The Medicine Wheel is a relatively simple geometric pattern. This pattern is set up so that it corresponds to the communication patterns of the humans. Because it corresponds to the communication patterns of the humans, this means that the Medicine Wheel increases its power when you step into it. The Medicine Wheel increases its healing powers and communication powers to the harmony of the feedback loop system by your being in the Medicine Wheel, by your placing crystals in the Medicine Wheel and by your making the Medicine Wheel a sacred site.

Radio Wave Theory and the Speed of Thought  By David K. Miller I have been studying radio wave theory for many years and often compare radio propagation to thought waves. We are bio-magnetic beings and our thought waves, have similar characteristics to the electromagnetic properties of radio waves. Radio waves travel at the speed of light, which is the fastest possible speed an object can travel, 186,000 miles/second. This is an enormous speed. Juliano continually reminds us though that thought waves are instantaneous and are thus faster than the speed of light. Your thoughts can project your presence anywhere in the galaxy in an instant. Therefore, thought waves are able to travel at the fastest speed in the universe.  As a bio-magnetic being one can also receive thought waves and electro-magnetic communication from the higher realms immediately. It helps to be in a higher state of consciousness so that one’s receptivity to thought waves from other realms is heightened. One can even receive thoughts from other people on the Earth when one is in a state of receptivity. Thought waves, like radio waves, can travel around the earth covering all countries and all peoples. A psychic can receive thoughts from people on Earth as well as thoughts from spirits from other realms. Radio waves are influenced by the sunspot cycle, the ionosphere, the seasons, and the time of day. Some radio frequencies are more receivable at nighttime for example than during the day. Interestingly, many mystics and psychics report that their sensitivity to other realms is higher at nighttime, and others report greater sensitivity at sacred spiritual spots around the planet. In my beginning years as a channel, I would often travel to sacred energy spots in Sedona, Arizona, in order to enhance my receptivity to the Arcturians. Sacred sounds, such as words in ancient Hebrew or Sanskrit, can also help to raise one’s sensitivity and receptivity to thought waves from the masters. In our evolution, we are just at the beginning of exploring the nature and abilities of our thought powers. Hopefully, we can use this ability to accelerate the evolution of humanity. There are many different perspectives and views on events, many different interpretations and it is hard, as seekers, to find the truth but nonetheless as they would say, the truth is out there and it only requires an inquisitive mind and persistence to find the ultimate answers to your questions. Question from Rhonda in Houston. Juliano, why do you not hear about the flu anymore? What is really going on with this virus? I feel strongly that we are being misled! Thank you. A: Well, are you asking Rhonda, for more trouble? (jokingly). Is not the virus enough trouble that you want to get the flu – that is a joke. But anyway, first of all, let us just look at one scientific observation and that is the reason why there is not more cases reported of the flu right now.  Because the methodologies that are being practiced by hundreds if not millions of people around the planet which include washing of hands, keeping social distance, wearing a mask, being isolated and all the other rather painful methods, do work effectively with the flu as well.  So, what is happening is that you are not seeing as many cases of the flu because the methods that are being instituted to fight the Coronavirus in a secondary way or coincidental way have prevented more flu outbreaks.                                                                   Now the question she asks, what is going on with this virus – I am assuming she is asking about the Coronavirus and what is going on with the Coronavirus is that it is out of control and that despite any scientific explanation, the general consensus, from my perspective and our perspective, an Arcturian perspective, is that the scientists still do not understand this virus and that even though they are saying that the vaccination is going to “cure it”, it is not going to cure it. In fact, my estimation is that the vaccination will be about 30% to 33% effective.  Now when I say 33% effective, I am not comparing it to the 90% effectiveness or 90% effective rate, that is the rate where you get the vaccination and 90%of the time you will not get it. 30% means if you take the overall planetary situation the whole vaccination effort will be about 30% to 33% effective in reducing or keeping in maintenance or holding the back the total outbreak.  Now, why do I say that? Because number 1, not everyone is going to take the vaccination and number 2, there is not the technological means to give everybody the vaccination, and number 3, it would take probably a year to a year and a half to give everyone the vaccination, and number 4, this virus, as I have said earlier, mutates, and the mutation would necessitate a second vaccination.  Just like you get a vaccination for the flu this winter or this summer but then next year there is a new version and this is the mutation ability this virus has. It has the ability to mutate and it is a very sophisticated virus and I think that even the truth of this virus, of how sophisticated it is, is probably being kept a secret from the planet for fear of creating more fear among everyone.  I return to the theme that I have often said which is let us go to the root cause which is the sixth mass extinction and the interface of the destruction of the biosphere which causes the weakening of the immune system of humanity. This weakening of the immune system is caused by many different reasons such as radiation, which is related to the weakening of the Earth’s aura and also related to the weakening of the human aura. Solving these problems is the true cure.
