AUGUST 31, 2013 Greetings dear ones. Again we come to bring hope and the light of guidance for all is proceeding according to plan. Try not to simply turn away when you hear this, for we know you hear words of change coming from many channels and yet nothing appears to change. It is important to let go of any concepts you may still hold with regard to how world change must manifest for in holding specific ideas of change you look out through the lens of third dimensional concepts and see third dimensional appearances. It is time to move into trust and the practice of truth. We see change in the hearts of many who previously lived lives of anger and resentment as the higher resonating energies pour to earth at this time allowing more and more people to open to the experience of compassion regardless of any previously held prejudices. Every unfolding awareness adds another spark of unconditional love to universal world consciousness and helps to bring about the changes you all seek. Unconditional love does not mean you must seek an emotional connection to everyone, but means that in spite of any appearances to the contrary, you recognize everyone is the manifestation of the Divine even if they themselves do not know or care. This is unconditional love and the practice of it does not prevent you from saying what may need to be said to someone behaving in ways needing to be addressed. When words are spoken with an awareness of the other's Divine nature they flow on an energy of Light whereas those same words spoken in the energy of duality and separation, carry a low resonance. Life on earth is about learning to move through and then beyond the false concepts and beliefs that constitute the third dimension. This is evolution. Mankind is creative by virtue of being in and of the Divine but because most have been unaware of who they really are, your world universally and personally has shown forth the perfectly created manifestations of duality and separation. This will only change as mankind changes and begins to create his world in and through truth. It is time to become aware of and examine any lingering concepts you may still hold with regard to what passes for "life as usual". Concepts are simply untrue beliefs passed down and accepted through time as truth. Listen closely and be guided by those intuitive nudges that pop up when you are quietly thinking or in conversation with another. Every issue of normal daily life is spiritual activity overlaid with third dimensional concepts. This is why there is no need to separate your spiritual life from your every day life as so many do--it is all spiritual. The work is to see the underlying reality of all things. An example of this could be that you are seeking a new home. You look and look for the perfect home and cannot seem to find it. If you can realize that you are never separate from your perfect home (Divine Consciousness) the physical interpretation of this realization will manifest in the outer. This is how you reinterpret everything in the physical world through new eyes. Practice seeing through any and all appearances to the spiritual reality that constitutes what you are seeing. If disease actually existed in Divine Consciousness, it could never ever be healed because it would exist eternally as a reality. Do you understand? All that is real is held in place by Divine law and cannot be altered in any way. It is only mankind's' false interpretations that see good and evil. Intelligence, abundance, harmony, peace, joy, love (oneness), completeness, wholeness, etc, etc. are infinitely embodied within Divine omnipresent Consciousness and must be recognized and accepted as your real Self. Nothing exists outside of Divine Consciousness and all appearances to the contrary are simply false interpretations. These truths constitute your journey from metaphysics to mysticism. Concepts reflect the thinking of the timeline in which they occur and reflect whatever the state of consciousness was at that time in that location. Some concepts dissolve as society evolves, but others just as erroneous come to take their place if states of consciousness remain the same. Evolution is the process of moving beyond concepts and into the Truth about God and man. There was a time of when it was believed that the burning of healers and light-workers as witches was an appropriate way to deal with "evil". The dense consciousness and its accompanying belief system of those times did not permit anyone but God to have spiritual gifts. God was a man in the sky with rules and regulations to be followed under fear of punishment and evil was a red man with horns called Satan or devil. This is a glaring example of how the consciousness of duality and separation ignorantly manifests in the world. Society has evolved beyond burning people for having spiritual gifts, but still holds many concepts just as obsolete and still permits unduly harsh punishments for those who may have chosen to disregard some aspect of currently accepted dogma. When an individual chooses to live governed by some dogma and its accompanying rigid rules of right and wrong, he chooses to live in bondage. Regardless of whether the dogma comes from a religion, government, or a person of authority, it still simply represents someone's interpretation of truth--their concepts and beliefs. This is why you are urged to go within, to practice meditation and get your information directly, YOU DO NOT NEED A GO BETWEEN. Reality is free, loving, joyous, birthless, deathless, changeless and is infinitely held in place by Divine law and IS WHO YOU ARE. You are ready dear ones to take the deeper steps of reinterpreting everything you see, hear, taste, touch, or smell into its spiritual reality which means living each day doing what is given you to do, but seeing through any bad or good appearances to the reality. It is a removing of the labels from everything. The world is not an illusion, but false concepts of the world are the illusion. This is the work dear ones, this is how you shift your world into a new state of consciousness, and it is indeed work, especially at first and no one can do it for you. This is why you chose to be on earth at this powerful time. There are many who hear and read truth, even pretending to be serious truth students but are unwilling to release their comfortable old beliefs. Many feel that mystical truths are too impractical to take seriously, and so choose instead to stay in the status quo of what they already know. At this time you are clearing physical cellular memory as well as your emotional and mental bodies--everything that cannot be carried with you into higher dimensional energy. Physical, emotional, and mental clearings frequently manifest in ways that may be uncomfortable on many levels so learn not to panic but to pay attention to these experiences which are sign posts indicating what you may still hold that needs forgiveness, acceptance, and unconditional love--for self as well as others. Send light to your physical cells telling them to release any old and finished energy they still hold from this life time and past lifetimes. Inform your mental body that you now choose to let go of all false beliefs. Consciously choose that your emotional body release any toxic negative emotional energy and be replaced with unconditional love. THE ARCTURIAN GROUP - A MESSAGE OF HOPE

The Arcturian Group message today is one of hope because dear ones, many of you are losing hope. You look out at the world and say nothing is changing, but much is changing dear ones. We see the light of your world becoming increasingly bright each day as more and more souls awaken to truths far different from that which you were led to believe was truth in the past.

Much of the chaos you see reflects the actions of those who stand to gain from dissension (sense of separation) because they sense that they are losing ground--their false words are no longer so easily believed by the majority. All that holds duality and separation in manifestation is the belief in it--the state of consciousness of the individual manifests as... You have not known that you are creators, powerful beings who create with the energy of your words and thoughts, but now you are awakening to your power as expressions of the Divine. This is evolution. As mankind awakens to the realization that there is only ONE--one life, one mind, one consciousness, one reality, one law, the source of duality and separation will have no substance and can no longer exist.

It is not the intellectual knowledge of truth that makes the changes, for that is but the first step. It is the practice--the pondering, reflecting, living of truth until it becomes your state of consciousness. That is the work dear ones, the practice and living of truth in each and every moment. With time this will become very easy because it will have integrated into your being and will be the "new you". This is why things do not yet appear to be changing, for there is work yet to be done before it can manifest, but it is coming dear ones, you are creating a new world with your awakening.

Do not spend a lot of time listening to the news or reading about negative manifestations in the world, for this allows appearances entrance into your consciousness and unless you have evolved beyond being affected, simply adds your energy to them. Be aware of world events, but do not enmesh yourself in them, translating world appearances instead into truth. For example; when becoming aware of current war and conflicts, say to yourself; "Yes I see this chaos, but I know the truth is that there is no law to support this, that it is the manifestation of the belief in duality and separation. Every person involved is a Divine expression but they do not know it and therefore are seeking peace and love in the only way that they are aware of at this time according to their belief system." Send light and the violet flame to these people and places without placing any directions on it as to what it is to do.

Understand, you do not deny appearances, but you translate them by knowing the truth behind them. This is the way you break the back of appearances born from the belief in duality and separation and this is how you help move the world into a higher dimensional energy and the corresponding higher dimensional manifestations.

All is proceeding according to plan. Never fear dear ones, for this journey of awakening is proceeding whether or not you believe it. A soul cannot remain forever in darkness and ignorance unless it is their choice. Every soul is evolving toward living and understanding the truth of their being--it could be no other way for this is the only reality--there is nothing else.

There is much to come very soon, changes in the world that will help you to see beyond appearances and recognize that change is indeed taking place. Try not to see world events as backward steps, but as a lifting up of all that is old and finished to be examined with new eyes and seen for what it is. Dark holes long within governments, churches, corporations, military, and etc. are now experiencing the light being shone into them and what is being seen is often shocking. The world has lived ignorantly with these dark holes for a long of time, believing that they were either not there, or were simply the way things function--but no longer. Many brave ones are now shining light into these holes of darkness and it is the job of an evolving world to take notice.

We of the Arcturian Group along with many others watch and bless you at all times. Many are assisting you in this transition and soon you will become more aware of us. We cannot step on your planet and say; "Hi, here we are", for the present state of your world would not welcome us, but soon enough of you will be ready. There are many from other systems among you now but you do not recognize them for they are so much like you.

You need not fear the old predictions and false teachings about the end of the world, for your efforts have brought about changes to the energy that was in place many years ago. You have earned the right to ascend while in your physical bodies and any who would interfere from other less evolved planets are no longer allowed to be here at this powerful time. You are protected from those not of the highest level, so welcome your brothers and sisters from other planets when they arrive. They too have moved into the higher energies through evolution and understand what you are experiencing. They hold only the wish to help you with what they have learned spiritually and technologically and want be your neighbors.

It is important to center yourselves and learn to meditate if you do not already, for in your silent awareness of I AM you open yourself to the higher energies, align with your Higher Self, and give permission to receive more guidance and help. Remember, guidance does not usually come in loud words as your movies often depict, but comes as a subtle "knowing"-- information that you then translate into words. That is why meditation is often called; "Listening for the still small voice".

We are here to give messages of love and light. All of you reading these messages are Beings of Light--some more aware of it than others, but all trying to understand spiritual truth while living lives under a veil of forgetfulness that comes with an incarnation on earth.

All is proceeding according to plan so try not to accept appearances that say nothing is happening. Any concepts still held as what the change must look like will simply result in doubt and confusion. Some changes will appear as expected, but at others will not. Much is taking place on levels you cannot see with your human eyes especially if you are expecting to see it through popular media. Chaos is a sign of great energy release and change. Allow the process to unfold while staying in the highest light and truth you know and sending Light to the world. This is all about moving beyond duality and into the realization that all is One and it begins within the heart--unfolding within individuals who have been on a spiritual path for many years as well as within those who have never before given any thought to living differently.

Learn to see beyond third dimensional appearances to the spiritual reality existing behind the scene in the realization that good appearances are just as much illusory as bad appearances. Human eyes see only the mind's interpretation of a spiritual idea and thusly any mind filled with concepts of duality (this is good but that is bad), will always manifest experiences of good and experiences of bad. The work of evolution is to move beyond beliefs of good and evil and into the realization that there is only One Divine Consciousness and IT contains no opposite.

You are ready to accept that you are creators but you must decide whether to create from a level of truth or to continue creating from within the duality and separation of the third dimension. As you learn to see through material appearances to the reality behind them, life on earth will begin to lose its sting--events and appearances that would have once caused distress are now seen in a new light and with it new understanding--spiritual growth is taking place.

A good example of a universally accepted appearance is death, which causes so much painful suffering for those left behind. It must be understood that death is an illusion. Every soul chooses to be on earth for any number of reasons. Sometimes it is to complete unfinished business with another. At other times it is to experience something the individual knows he must experience before any further progress can be made but no person ever actually dies-- he simply goes back home leaving behind the human concept of body.

Life must be forever because it is in and of an Infinite Source and Divine Substance. Evolution is a gradual movement into the consciousness of this truth through experience on earth as well as in other places. Many are choosing to leave at this time. Honor them in the realization that all have been given the choice of leaving or staying in this powerful time and some are realizing on a soul level that they cannot get their evolution to where it needs to be fast enough and so are choosing to leave and then come back into the new energy at a later time.

Once the world is able to understand that their loved ones are not dead, but instead have chosen to go home, they will be able to celebrate a loved one's new journey in spite of their seeming loss. This is an example of seeing through an appearance to the reality. You may say; "What about murders, and war?" These experiences are usually karmic and are part of a soul lesson necessary in order to shift an individual beyond a particular state of consciousness--often one the person has held for many lifetimes. There are many still holding ancient warrior energy that needs to be re-experienced in order to be released and activated in a higher dimensional sense.

Earth is a difficult place to evolve because it continues to resonate with an energy of duality and separation which is what you are now changing. You are the brave souls who have chosen to evolve on and assist earth in this powerfully energetic time. Signs of change can be seen in the changes so many of you are experiencing in your bodies, your emotions, your work, your relationships, and your belief systems-- all signs that the old energy is dissolving and no longer resonates with you.

There are many from other star systems and higher dimensions observing as you bring in more and more light in spite of appearances. You are examples of living in Light while still in physical bodies and are doing a fine job of it.

The higher frequency energies now pouring on to earth are also being felt by those who have no awareness of what is taking place often resulting a general sense of non-specific fear and confusion within them. As a result, these unaware ones may act out in ways that may cause difficulties for family and friends around them. Offer guidance if these dear ones are receptive or simply send Light when they are not. Always know that every soul has a Higher Self and guides and you are under no obligation to save the world other than through your own journey of enlightenment which in turn will manifest in the outer, lifting all who are receptive and bringing in more Light.

THE ARCTURIAN GROUP - MANY OF YOU ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO DEAL WITH 3D LIFE

Greetings dear ones, we are the Arcturian group.

We wanted to salute once again your courage for being part and embracing the material world on Gaia. You accepted to come down on Mother Earth and to descend from being fully conscious beings to being limited by the material form you have taken. This is a heavy duty for you to undertake, fully knowing that the vibrations of your souls were not suited to live in a material environment.

Many of you have struggled all your life with the 3d mentality and way of doing things. Since a very young age you have observed a world that made very little sense to you, fully knowing who you were and why you were here. As your age progressed, the memories of your mission on Earth had subsided, and you were left with many questions concerning the human way of life, and were surprised to find yourself stuck into the human uni-matrix, with tools that did not match your needs and abilities.

Many times, you thought that you were mentally unstable or ill, that you just did not have any skills to respond to your outer environment, that you were unworthy of happiness, and undeserving of a good job, of a good relationship, of all the good things that this 3D world had to offer.

You always considered yourself as being an outsider, as not being part of the “rat race” so to speak. You always considered yourself last, when people around you were showing a selfish behaviour, competed against each other, and behaved in a ruthless manner in your opinion.
You could never fully understand the root cause of this carry on, and never found any sense in the artificialness of it all down on Gaia.

Many of you also suffer from feeling trapped in this matrix, and wish for a way out, contemplating the worse ways of coming out of it.

We come today to remind you that those feelings are natural for ascended beings, who have accepted to lower their vibrations to match the current vibrations on Mother Earth. The feeling of entrapment is a natural one, as you do not enjoy the freedom and independence that you benefited from as an ascended being.

Very little makes sense to you right now, except for the intense feeling that someone is pulling the strings behind the scenes, in order to make this world crueller and crueller with each passing day, and enjoying the sight of suffering, pain, discord, agony, and desperation.

We recommend that you turn inside of you dear ones, acknowledge your state of being, your feelings, and care for them as if they were those of a lonely child. We salute your pain, and feeling of hopelessness, dear ones.

We salute those of you who have been pulled fully into the 3D Gaia uni-matrix, those of you suffer the less and have forgotten who they are fully once into their adult life. However, at a deeper level, you know that something is amiss and of the need to reconnect with your star family and friends.

We encourage you to come together in communities of souls who understand what you are experiencing, and who have similar feelings. We encourage you to share your feelings and speak of them to those you respect and that you feel safe with. Speaking of your issues is vital to your soul and to your own understanding, to uncover what lies deep into your heart and to feel the emptiness you feel at times of living in a seemingly soulless world.

You are the hope of this world, you are the hope of many star nations, and we send our love as always and pray that you can make a difference together, as you were meant to do.

THE ARCTURIAN GROUP MESSAGE - 16 th June 2013

JUNE 16, 2013 Greetings dear ones, once again we come to speak to you of truth and love which you are now taking to the next level. You are evolving quickly and the Light on earth is rising although you do not hear much of this on your news. Many are awakening and feeling a need to be free of the tyranny and bondage that up to now they have taken for granted. This inner journey is being reflected in the outer which is why you see world wide resistance to authority taking place. In general, most do not understand what is happening, but are being driven by an inner knowing that they are entitled to the freedom of having their voices heard and to lives lived free from manipulation and strife. Many are and will die in this effort to awaken the world but this was their soul purpose and choice. For some it has been their chosen means of atoning for past lives lived in dominance over others, taking upon themselves the yoke of the freedom fighter to help mankind move into a new awareness of what freedom really is. We do not condone killing and violence, but we say that there are those who only learn at this level and many places on earth still resonate with this dense energy. Freedom is not just about being allowed by another, a group, or a government to do something. Freedom is an inner state of joy with the ability to express oneself. Think about the actions of a small child--freedom expressed lovingly as they simply be who they are. Unless one's choices interfere with the freedom of another, one is entitled by Divine Right to be who they are--to marry or not marry whom they please, to do whatever work makes their heart sing, and to express ideas without fear of punishment because those ideas are not of an accepted norm. The energy of the third dimensional world has held mankind in bondage to rules of what is acceptable and what is not, rules all based in ignorant concepts of duality and separation. Those choosing to step out of the box, have been and still are often severely punished--physically, emotionally, and mentally. Who makes these rules? Who enforces them? Think on that dear ones, for your concepts of freedom are changing regardless of the old rules and all the flag waving done to support them. Many suffer, trying sincerely to live up to the illusory rules of right and wrong as presented to them by those holding power-- governments (local and national), religious leaders, media, the rich and famous, experts, or relatives. Many find that their inner guidance tells them they are free, but the world tells them they must obey those who have the authority to know best what is right for everyone else. This is not about parents allowing their children to do whatever they please for the unconditional love of parenting must have simple rules that reflect loving guidance, direction, structure, and teaching the child that he can go within and hear his own guidance. Freedom is an innate spiritual right of every soul for every soul is a spark of the Divine and only those ignorant of this truth would be so presumptuous as to believe that they could bind the Divine. Freedom is all about the realization of who and what you really are dear ones, and this truth is what you now see awakening in the world. Most acting out through violence do not consciously realize what it is they are responding to. Throughout time, man in ignorance of who and what he really was, accepted that those in positions of either social, religious, or governmental power were more capable of making decisions for him than he himself--often this was reinforced through physical punishment. This was the beginning of the loss of freedom and most were not even aware it was happening. There were and always will be those who are very happy to take another's freedom, for in this they attain more power for themselves.. What is happening now, is that mankind is beginning to remember. Freedom happens on a personal level first, then moves to the outer through words and actions. It many be that an individual who has always been told and thinks of himself as stupid, suddenly realizes that he is not stupid-- perhaps less educated, but not less because of it. It may be that a wife and mother begins to realize that she too is entitled to have personal choices that may be different from her husband or children. Guilt begins to recede, and a new sense of strength takes its place Many are abandoning traditional organized religion because the Light has birthed the realization that one does not need someone else to tell them what to believe or what is right or wrong--they are being guided loudly and clearly from within. Mankind is becoming more and more aware of activities that hold him in bondage often excused in the name of freedom. These ironic activities are being exposed more now because ascension Light is illuminating the shadows at a level that no longer allows for secrecy and manipulation. You are observing the Light exposing the dark, and yet those who would keep you in the dark kick and scream about the rightness of everything they do. Wake up dear ones, as Light begins to shine on the shadows you will find that many of them involve concepts innocently accepted as necessary to your freedom. Some countries do indeed have much more freedom than others. In large portions of the Middle East the Divine feminine is still held in bondage, but that too must change for reality is a balance of the masculine and the feminine energies. Both energies are necessary to make the whole, one is not better than the other. Both the masculine and the feminine aspects each carry unique gifts and energies that together manifest the Divine Idea designed and created in the beginning. Man, woman, child are material, third dimensional interpretations of the higher truths of the sacred Trinity. Freedom sings the songs of who you are. It allows you to marry or not marry whom you please, it allows you to speak your truth and to live out from your center in whatever ways may resonate with you. HOWEVER--freedom does not give anyone the right to interfere with another's journey, choices , or rights however misguided they may seem. It must be realized that not all souls are ready or evolved enough to live out from true freedom. These are the dear ones that still need rules, regulations, and even punishments. Those drawn to reading these messages are not of that group and are ready to embrace the higher sense of freedom. Freedom is about unconditional love. Freedom is about allowing your intuition based in the realization of your innate Divine nature to guide your choices, thus allowing them to flow from within. THE ARCTURIAN GROUP - LOVE IS THE ACTIVITY OF ONENESS

FEBRUARY 10, 2013

Greetings dear ones. Again we come to encourage you in your journey of enlightenment and ascension into the new energies you are now receiving. We see many of you beginning to question the actions of local and world governments because you no longer resonate with much that heretofore was simply taken for granted. Your energy levels are becoming finer and more evolved causing you to be out of sync with energetically denser ideas of life and living. This is proof of your evolution dear ones and demonstrates that you are indeed waking up and seeing the bigger picture.

Take a stand in what ever small ways you can, not by making a power out of ideas representing beliefs of duality, but by gently planting seeds of truth without any expectations, where you can . You need not preach, but simply and silently hold the light of truth within dear ones, and be available for those who want more (truth).

Many awakening souls are afraid and need validation regarding new emotions and ideas they find themselves experiencing. When an individual's background has only been in and of the three dimensional belief system, a shift into perceiving the world in new and different ways can cause confusion,fear, worry, and alienation of friends and family. This is especially true for those in families or countries with strong traditional belief systems firmly in place.

Today we again wish to speak of love. Yes, we have spoken of love many times but we wish to speak of love to help you understand that what you have been taught about love is not always love. Too many still see love as an emotional connection between people, family, or possessions. LOVE IS THE ACTIVITY OF ONENESS. Love is the interconnectedness between all that is, but this truth is interpreted according to the level of awareness within each individual.

The powerful energy shift and ascension process taking place at this time is moving mankind more deeply into a realization of oneness. It is a shift from metaphysics (trying to change a bad picture into a good picture through various tools) into mysticism (the realization that within the ONE there can be nothing needing to be changed). In the absolute sense, everything is already whole and perfect because if Infinite Divine Consciousness is all there is, everything must be embodied within it. The attainment of this realization is the journey, is evolution, and is where all are slowly or quickly heading.

Meditation, crystals, oils, etc. are all tools to help you get to that place of Oneness that each and every soul unconsciously seeks and yearns for. In the third dimension this innate yearning for wholeness manifests in hundreds of ways--pharmaceuticals for every perceived need, attainment of more and more money, better sex, right foods, as well as the readily available advice of experts on any topic. Corporations and businesses believe themselves to be making the world (usually themselves) "better" in some way, but often trample on the rights of other living things and even their own workers in order to do it. These human activities represent the un-awakened soul's concept of completeness but these creations can never satisfy a soul's yearning for that which he really is, for they are simply concepts of the spiritual reality he is seeking.

There must be an understanding of this as you move into the next stage of your journey. Too many are still stuck in the teachings of metaphysics believing it to be the fullness of spiritual truth. Metaphysics is a good place to start and has assisted almost every spiritual student in their shift from duality and separation into truth but there is much more--you are ready to go deeper. It is difficult to throw away the tools that have served you well in your journey, so we say keep them and love them, but understand that you do not NEED them.

You have learned that you are Divine beings who have chosen lifetimes of human experiences in order to experience evolutionary lessons and which have often been difficult and painful. In the past, new and higher ideas came to man through metaphysical teachings and teachers who understood deeper realities, however try not to become stuck at that level. Many of you were a part of the ancient mystery schools which taught new ideas on the use and manipulation of energy. This has evolved into current day metaphysical teachings and so for some of you, metaphysics feels very comfortable and familiar. There were a few at that time who were not evolved enough to realize that this information was not a self serving toy and so through the selfish use of this knowledge began what is now called the "dark arts".

There were in ancient times and still are a few highly resonating temples of healing where evolved healers use energy, light, oils, color, and sound to bring into alignment individual energy fields that may be in discord. This is beautiful and sacred work done by aware and highly resonating beings for those seeking help in this way. Many are still doing this sacred work through old and new healing modalities which become energetically higher as the "healer" himself evolves.

The point we are making is that there comes a time in everyone's, (teacher and student), evolutionary journey when he shifts into a realization of oneness. This may come in an instant after lifetimes of spiritual seeking, or it may be a slow and gradual process. This is ascension, the attainment of that state of consciousness that realizes everything Real is perfect and held in place by Divine law and that ONE is ever manifesting ITSELF as... What you "see is what you get" as the saying goes... Your state of consciousness is interpreting for you, the divine ideas embodied within the One.

If the tools and books of metaphysics no longer resonate with you, trust that. It means that you are moving into a state of consciousness where you will be able to get your information, guidance, and direction from within instead of from people or the tools that have helped you in the past. Meditation is a tool that helps connect you to your higher self and would be worth keeping until you are fully experiencing the reality of yourselves. This is graduation dear ones. Trust, honor, and accept that as truth.

Letting go of obsolete tools can be a difficult step for those who may have an ego attachment to their use--those who have built their identity on teaching certain techniques or ideas but it is time for everyone take spiritual teachings to new and higher levels of interpretation which does not leave these individuals without purpose or activity, but manifests as new activities to teach and practice.

Move deeper into your awareness regarding the purpose of tools. The use of tools, including meditation instruction telling you that you must sit this way, chant, light a candle, spine straight, feet on the floor etc, were taught because they helped the student to shift into higher dimensional energy. Most are now in that higher energy and no longer need the tools that assisted you when you were not.

Structures formed out of old beliefs are crumbling both within and without for the energy needed to sustain them is no longer present. Physically, emotionally, and mentally mankind's' "house of cards" is falling. Do not be afraid when this happens, dear ones for this is what you have asked for, yearned for, and waited for--lifetime after lifetime.

Trust, trust, trust your inner guidance. All is well and all is proceeding according to what is needed for each one even though it may not seem that way to the un-awakened eye.

A MESSAGE FROM THE ARCTURIAN GROUP

JANUARY 27, 2013 Greetings dear ones. We speak to you in this time of change and fear, for many are still holding on to fears which in turn push them to make less that perfect choices. This is not a criticism, but simply an observation of the world's state of consciousness. It is perfectly understandable that you would experience fear, for all around you are the signs of war, death, and violence. However, these appearances can take you deeper should you choose. Use these times to evaluate your belief systems, asking yourselves; "What is it that I believe? What is it that I wish to create in my life? What am I still holding on to that I now know is not truth?" If you wish to change the manifestation of that which is not of the highest light in your lives and your world, then these questions must be seriously pondered. Too many simply sit and wait for others to do the work of changing the outer scene. The material world (that which you can see, hear, taste, touch, and smell) is the manifestation of spiritual reality, but as interpreted according to the states of consciousness of those in the world. Where one sees a magnificent living forest, another sees only the money to be had in cutting it all down. When you understand this, you will also understand the great hope embodied within the constitution of the United States. This document was brought into being by illumined souls who were being guided from this side because the world was ready to bring in a new awareness, new ways of living, and a new and higher sense of life. However, as with all truth, much of it was and still is being interpreted according to less evolved states of consciousness resulting in its often being misused and misinterpreted. Be aware dear ones, that you are here to learn and grow and evolve, not to simply for enjoyment and pleasure. Joy is an important part of living because it most closely resonates with the energy of the higher dimensions, but living only for the pleasure and satisfactions of life on earth is not joy. This topic we are choosing to talk about today is anger for anger has become a dominant energy among so many individuals, countries, and societies. Anger arises out of the third dimensional belief of duality and separation. There are many occasions when one indeed needs to speak up and state their truth or take action, but we are speaking of the general invasive anger based on appearances now permeating the earth. This subject is rarely talked about in channels, but we believe that there must be a correct understanding of anger in order for the spiritual student to move beyond it in its negative form. Anger energy holds many in bondage to events, experiences, and people from the past, and needs to be released if one is to spiritually evolve. Anger energy can form energetic cords to people , places, and events which often stay in place from lifetime to lifetime. These need to be consciously removed and this can be done through intention and visualization or by a spiritually evolved energy worker. You will know if you have energetic cords to someone or something by the negative or even positive reactions you experience when thinking or being with them. Energetic cords connect you to someone or something in a more intense way. Anger is the fuel of war, and frequently holds whole countries in bondage to the past-- generation after generation. It is an obsolete energy that acts to prevent individuals and governments from ever moving forward. Anger results from the misunderstanding of groups, individuals, countries, ideas, and anything that does not fit in with one's personal concepts. It permeates many organized religions, serving only to separate people in what could be a time of great awakening. We do not say you are never to speak your truth, or that you must agree with everyone, but we say that the time has come for the world to embrace dialog and understanding of others' points of view instead of looking to violence or a stubborn refusal to compromise for solutions. There are still many countries that hold anger and grudges toward those of another country for events of the past, teaching their children to hate and hold obsolete and finished energy from one generation to the next. This is what keeps people and countries from evolving and bringing in the new earth you seek dear ones, for the Light of that new world you desire cannot manifest in an ever renewing heavy block of dense energy. This is not a message urging all to become door mats, or to simply ignore situations while saying; "Oh well, God is all, it isn't real" for this is indeed "human". We are simply alerting you to the subtle energy of anger that at this time you are unaware is underlying many of your choices and ideas. Speak your truth, take whatever human footsteps are needed to change things to a higher level-- bringing light to those issues that need changing, but do it with an energy of awakened understanding and not the energy of anger. Anger energy imbues the object of the anger with power and reality. Strong words or actions may need to be taken in some circumstances, but when they carry the energy of awareness, they hold a different resonance than when done in an energy of hate or anger. This way of working starves the energy of anger which will in turn lesson and finally disappear for it is only the false concepts of duality and separation that keep it alive. THE ARCTURIAN GROUP - 13.1.13

January 13, 2013 Dear ones, we come today to talk to you about hope. That is, hope that is based not in the belief that I don't have and I hope I will get, but hope born of the realization that I already have because I already am. I am then able to move deeply into the trust and hope that this awareness will manifest outwardly as I begin to live, move, and have my being in it. Hope can be and often is, an expression of despair, a tool used to keep one from floundering in a belief system that is based on false concepts. Hope is a word often misused by religious teachers who teach that hope in some unknown God concept is all an individual needs while in actuality they the teachers, do not have the needed answers. Hope is a resting back into the awareness that there is a plan and because I am one with Source, I can trust that all is proceeding according to that plan. I have created this plan for myself in order to learn, and in the experiences of the spiritual seeker nothing is chaos simply for chaos sake. This understanding serves to connect an individual with their center, and allows each truth as realized, to then manifest. Be aware dear ones that all is quickly moving in new directions. It may not of happened exactly as you thought it would or when you thought it would, but that does not mean it is not happening. Each day more are awakening and becoming a part of the massive surge of Light now building upon the earth. Many of the changes you had expected to see on a certain date, are going to be, only not as quickly as you had hoped. Change is taking place with each passing moment; with each soul that awakens and sees through the false, and with each dear one crying out for spiritual help. As the surge of awakening Light energy continues to build, you will see it dissolving much that you took for granted as normal living--lack, limitation, disease, war, and the dominance of the masculine and powerful. Do not be afraid and do not panic as your news sources would have you do. When you see change taking place, or become aware of shocking exposures regarding people, places, or ideas that you may have fully believed in, know that it is Light flooding the shadow for all there is to the dark is lack of light. Once the light is turned on, a shadow simply disappears. Where does it go, ask yourselves that dear ones, where does the dark go when the light is turned on? You already know that shadow never exists as a reality, it simply appears to be that way. This is the secret of the third dimension; much of which you have been experiencing and taking for granted as normal life on earth, is simply a lack of awareness and a misinterpretation of reality. All that you see, hear, taste, touch, or smell is a facet of Divine reality being interpreted though a third dimensional state of consciousness. Let us give you an example-- a car is a three dimensional mind formed interpretation of omnipresence -- a form that you can comprehend and utilize in the material world you live in at this time. As you begin to see through appearances to the Divine reality behind all things, you are getting closer and closer to realizing that all there is, is Source and its manifestations. How you interpret these manifestations is determined by your state of consciousness--illumined or un-illumined. When you see a tree, you are seeing the material sense of the tree not the light, beauty, and perfection of its true essence-the divine idea of tree. When you see evil in others this indicates that your consciousness is still entertaining a belief in duality and separation--that some are good and some are evil. Yes, there are many through their ignorance of truth, still choosing to manifest evil actions. We are not saying you are to ignore this or to ever become doormats for another, but we say that before you blame the world, the government, or some other person for your problems, recognize that whatever you hold within your consciousness as being truth will manifest in your experience. Because of your true essence, you are creators--do not forget this. Take whatever steps are needed for a better world, but do it in an awareness of truth. All there is is Divine consciousness and within this Divine consciousness is embodied every spiritual idea, each one governed by Divine law. If there were disease in Divine consciousness it could never be healed for it would have a law sustaining and maintaining it. This is how the master Jesus healed; his illumined consciousness entertained no beliefs of disease, and those coming to him entered into this consciousness and were "healed" of the appearances. Examine your belief systems dear ones, for you are responsible for your own evolution, your own awakening process. There is available all the help you may need, for every individual has Guides and Teachers on this side ready to assist but the choice must be yours to take advantage of this. Let go of any concepts you may still be holding of how the spiritual journey must appear or unfold and do not expect what may be right for you, to be right for someone else. There are many books and classes regarding spiritual evolution, how it looks and feels, but do not compare yourselves to others and their experiences or feel a failure if your path is not the same, for each of you has lived many personal journeys through lifetimes of different experiences and thus each needs individual lessons and experiences reflecting that. There are no lesser or better spiritual experiences for each will experience what is perfect at that point in his evolution.
