OCTOBER 28, 2013 We of the Arcturian Group wish to welcome all to this message. We come to teach and inform, never to preach or push you into understanding something you cannot accept as of yet. The main focus of these messages is to help you understand that you are in charge of you...no one else, and to help you remember and claim the power you have always held as spiritual beings, but have forgotten. All are in and of the Divine, and therefore all that you have been seeking, is already within you. This is a difficult concept to understand if heard with third dimensional ears. It is not that you have a little box in your heart holding all sorts of material treasures, but that within you is a spark of the Divine. That spark, being in and of Source, automatically embodies everything also within Divine Consciousness...every Divine Idea and every facet of truth--your very life, intelligence, wholeness etc., all held infinitely in place by Divine Law. Evolution is simply the process of awakening to truth, and because everyone's past life experiences are different, everyone's evolutionary journey will be different. Everyone unfolds progressively as they are ready, always under the guidance of the Higher Self. Over time man forgot who he was and came to believe that he was separate from Source and all other living things which resulted in lives of struggle and suffering in order to survive. Duality and separation became the consciousness of the world, always perfectly manifesting itself as the pairs of opposites..sometimes good and sometimes bad--two ends of the same stick. Good appearances are no more spiritual than bad appearances, understand and ponder this truth. Always there were the few who remembered who they were and tried to tell the world, but for this they were crucified, burned and tortured because others had discovered that by maintaining ignorance within the masses, they could draw to themselves great power and wealth--which is still happening today. Open your eyes dear ones and start to see through much that is being fed to you as fact... begin to question. Listen to your intuition and not the voices screaming at you from your televisions, radios, and pulpits. Try not to preach new understandings to the world, for you may lose them in your attempt to verbalize to those not ready or able to hear. Simply hold each new awareness within, protecting it as a mother holds her unborn infant until it is strong and ready to be born. Practice by translating all you see, hear, taste, touch, and smell into its spiritual reality. (Example: The common desire for a "right" companion is actually the material sense of a yearning to experience completeness and wholeness--translate and realize; "I am always divinely and perfectly companioned and can never be separated from my perfect companion--Divine Consciousness". This realization (not simply intellectual knowledge) may then manifest in the outer scene as the perfect companion if that experience would represent completeness for you.) The practice of knowing the truth as you go about your day will change the world because each new awareness adds truth and eliminates error from impersonal universal world consciousness. Others can then begin to access the increasingly enlightened world consciousness, which helps them to open and begin their own journey. This is what it means to be a light worker. Many still hold concepts of what a lightworker is, believing it refers only those who heal, preach, or do fabulous psychic readings. No, lightworkers are all who bring Light to the world in through their evolved state of consciousness. This is reflected in the Light of your energy field--you. Many will feel this and are drawn to your energy (or are sometimes repelled) for all innately yearn for that which you hold even though they do not know exactly what it is that you have. Most interpret this attraction in very three dimensional ways (your clothes, your hair, your job, your money, your fame etc.). Remember, always hold yourselves in compassion, never entering into the energy of sympathy, for in sympathy you align with another's energy field and may find yourself drawn in and depleted. Every soul on earth is attracted to high resonating energy because everyone is a spiritual being...all resonate with it, even though they may be many lifetimes away from understanding or even being interested in this. A very un-evolved soul may experience this desire for peace and wholeness as the need to commit murder which in their thinking would resolve a discord and bring them the peace they long for. They do not understand these longings to be a spiritual in nature, and so interpret them according to their state of consciousness. Many are still confused by issues of right or wrong. Intention defines the energy of every action according to the level of attained state of awareness. This is how you forgive yourself for past actions...by realizing that you were doing what you deemed best according to your state of consciousness at that time. You would not take the same action today. Proselytizing and attempting to force a certain belief system ("my" way is the only "right" way") onto others is an activity of ego. Even when you can clearly observe where someone is missing the mark, it must be understood that the experience is their lesson and their path, which may be totally different than yours. This does not mean you cannot throw out a helpful "seed" of advice, but then let it go. No one can be forced into a state of consciousness they have not yet attained, and all have Guides, a Higher Self, and a contract they are following. Prisons are still necessary for those harmful to themselves and others, but should be places of healing and growth, not simply places of punishment. Every soul lives out from a deep desire for completeness because although he has consciously forgotten, he innately knows it is who he is. That is why the search for happiness and peace manifests in infinite form and variety...whatever makes sense to an individual's state of consciousness. Understanding this will help you to forgive the world nonsense you see and hear about, even within yourself. Remember that everyone is doing the best they can with where they are at. Send Light to those who do not yet know why they do what they do, and know that regardless of appearances, this is a spiritual world of ONE governed and maintained forever by Divine Law. OCTOBER 13, 2013 Greetings dear people of the great planet Gaia, we rejoice with you as we observe the Light flowing forth from and to you at this time. Earth is moving quickly toward a new universal energy which increases with every person who opens their heart and mind to new and higher ways of seeing. We observe people the world over questioning and asking themselves if what they are being told by those in charge is actually true. This questioning indicates personal and universal receptivity to truth which in turn brings focus and change to the myriad forms of powerlessness so many still experience. This is how change happens. The new receptivity of individual consciousness is bringing an awareness that man is much more than just a servant for those holding world power. Illusion increasingly dissolves with each soul who hears and heeds their inner voice and begins to awaken to the truth of who they really are. Most of the world does not yet understand the spiritual nature of the energetic changes taking place. They desire change because living as they have always known and accepted, no longer resonates with them and many are finding their voice--experiencing a new courage and strength with which to communicate and live in new ways. You are rapidly reaching the point at which more people are questioning the status quo than not, which is a sure sign of consciousness change. Do not expect change to manifest fully in one moment, but know that evolution on this grand scale must be a gradual process. You have lived many lifetimes in and of the third dimensional energy that always reflects the pairs of opposites--experiences that are deeply ingrained physically, emotionally, and mentally. This is what is now clearing, releasing, and bringing the changes taking place within you. This will enable you to hold higher frequencies not present on earth before. Be patient dear ones, and know that when you gave your permission to ascend, your Higher Self began the process. You don't have to make it happen, it IS happening for it is the Reality of you. It is time for every serious spiritual seeker to stop looking outside of themselves for Light to come to them in some form or another and begin to realize; "I am the Light". This step must be taken if you are to move out of the old third dimensional way of understanding the world. "I am the way, the truth, and the light."--words not spoken simply by and for the master Jesus, but words spoken by him in order to explain to those listening that "I" is not a personal "I", but "I" is the Divine--the one and only "I" -- your true identity. Since the Divine is all there is, it must also your real Self--how else could you exist? "I" is the name of the Divine and the words "I AM" do not refer to one human being, but to the true essence of every being. "I" is a sacred word. Throughout time and even now, there are those who through gross ignorance and ego, have misinterpreted this truth to mean that they in their humanhood were God. In this false sense of self they always proceed to set up rules and teachings for others with dire consequences if not obeyed. Their spiritually ignorant followers more often than not do experience dire consequences of some sort, for in their choice to follow these false prophets they willingly give away their power. Many have sought in the past and still seek to find enlightenment through certain practices, churches, teachers, symbols, etc. all of which definitely help lead one to a certain point of enlightenment. However, there comes a point when the spiritual student must let go of these tools, and step into their own power and identity or they will forever be students of truth, never realizing or experiencing truth. For those of you evolved enough to be understanding these messages, it is time for you to stop being students of one path or another and acknowledge that YOU ARE THE PATH, THE TOOL, THE MESSAGE. The tools are helpful up to a certain point, but become blocks when depended upon past the time when they were needed. The child must become an adult at some point regardless of how comfortable it is to simply be told what to believe or what to do. We are NOT are saying that you must give up your spiritual group or books and classes that may still speak to you, or any of your spiritual activities. We are saying that there comes a time when a student must begin to see the tools for what they are, tools-- tools that have helped you get to where you are, to the understanding that you ALREADY ARE complete, and whole, and abundant, and perfect, etc. Understand that there is nothing that can ever make you more than you ALREADY ARE be it a person, book, relationship, path, drug, job,etc. Many of you are discovering that most books no longer speak to you in the way they used to. Honor that. This means that you are now able to receive your teaching from within. If you enjoy going to church each week, fine, but let go of the belief that if you miss or even stop going you will be less--church is within you--do you understand? Crystals carry their own wonderful energy, but this energy can manifest no higher than the individual working with it which is true of oils, colors, vibrations etc etc. These tools in the hands of a very evolved individuals can bring about change for good but in the hands of someone with evil intent, they can bring about the opposite representing the duality and separation that constitutes third dimensional energy. It is the state of consciousness that determines how they are used, so let go of the power you have given to so many tools. When an individual buys a crystal guaranteed to bring abundance or healing or whatever, yet continues to live out from a consciousness of lack and limitation, that crystal's innate energy is limited to that individuals ability to channel the energy of it. This is the shift out of metaphysics and into mysticism. Mysticism is the realization that you already embody your true essence; Omnipresence, Omnipotence, and Omniscience. In the past these Divine qualities have been interpreted by the world at large through a lens of third dimensional thinking--always appearing as a separation from what is needed--thus the need for tools be they gurus, books, classes, ceremonies, etc. These things serve to lift an individual into a higher energy and are helpful for the beginner but--YOU ARE IN THE HIGHER ENERGY NOW. You reclaim your power the minute you realize I already am. This is the step most of you are ready for and is the difference between metaphysics and mysticism. Metaphysics works to change a bad picture into a good one. Mysticism sees nothing needing to be fixed for it knows that good appearances and bad appearances are both the manifestations of the belief in duality and separation--two ends of the same stick. Greetings dear ones. We bring you hope and comfort for we know many are suffering in these times of great change. You are in the process of releasing old energy from your physical, emotional, and mental levels which can be and often is uncomfortable and stressful. Understand that clearing and releasing has levels to it. You may think you have cleared experiences or emotions, and then suddenly there they are again. Much of this deeper clearing has to do with ancient lives lived within the structure of rites and rituals. The clearing process moves at whatever pace your Higher Self knows you are ready for. The more profound experiences of your past lives often have deeper levels which up to now you have buried within and are only recently ready to clear.

Please do not expect ordinary life to continue as it has in the past because daily living up to now has been based in universal concepts--some good and some bad (duality and separation) most of which are now dissolving. Nothing is going to remain the same nor can it, although general appearances may still seem unchanged. It is the people as a whole who are choosing to no longer accept the status quo, a sign of spiritual growth. As the energy frequency of Gaia changes and as you become more enlightened, the higher frequency energy will appear in new and higher ways of doing what you do each day. You are creators and your state of consciousness will manifest in the outer.

Everything is spiritual for there is nothing else--One Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Omniscient Consciousness manifesting ITSELF AS... It has been mankind's ignorance of this and his belief in duality and separation that has created the world you have come to know and believe in--one filled with pairs of opposites.

Awareness is the goal of the spiritual journey and is what you are awakening to now. You are ready. As consciousness awakens individually and globally to the truth of being and the error of duality and separation, the outer scene will, must, automatically change. Each realization of truth adds to Universal Light and helps to dissolve those false appearances created in and of ignorance.

Let go of everything that no longer serves you dear ones. Why do you continue to hold to those things, people, places, beliefs that you no longer resonate with? Honestly ask yourselves this question. Many are not even aware that they are doing it, even as their intuition is prodding them to let go of all that no longer serves their Higher good. Clinging to ideas and ways of living that you have evolved beyond out of habit or some misplaced loyalty slows spiritual growth and keeps you in bondage to the past.

Where there is an inability to let go, it always involves fear. Humans have been programmed lifetime after lifetime (and often for good reason) to fear the unknown. Fear has been a tool used by the power hungry to dominate so the fear of making a mistake is common. Fear stems from any intense past life experiences and for most remains firmly entrenched within cellular memory (particularly within the root chakra) until consciously released. Release and clearings happen in several ways. It often starts when a students energy level starts to rise through meditation or energy work done by enlightened persons. Clearings can be general, but deeper issues must usually come up and be recognized in some way (physically, emotionally, or mentally). All clearings are guided by the Higher Self and a student need never fear that they are not ready for some clearing experience.

Many of these intense past life experiences still held in cellular memory activate whenever the individual comes close to making a choice similar to that which he may of made at the time of the original horrific experience. To prevent this, the body set up protective responses--fear of heights, fear of water, fear of dogs etc. etc.)--FEAR. Send Light often to the cells of your body, especially during meditation. State the intention that your cellular memory release this old energy and allow in the Light of the Divine blueprint. Inform your cells that they will never have to experience this thing again even if you do not actually know what the experience was.

When irrational fears present to you, take the time to ask yourself; "What am I believing that is making me feel this? Is it true?". This way you can identify, release, and move beyond fear through higher awareness and the intention to clear and move beyond fear. Intention is very important in everything you say or do. Ask your Higher Self and Guides to help you with this for they are there to help and love you very much. However, as with everything, it is your choice.

The evolving soul bravely begins to trust the unknown when he comes to understand that all that is real is held in Divine order by law in spite of any appearances to the contrary--for there is nothing else. Mankind has been taught to find his solutions on the mental level, believing the brain to be the most important organ of the body. The brain is simply a tool and consciousness is the activator of this tool.

Children are taught from an early age to think and plan and plot every aspect of life in order that everything will flow without any problems (based upon third dimensional concepts of how things need to be). Realize that when working from a consciousness of duality and separation, there will then always be the pairs of opposites no matter how well you plan for you are creating perfectly within this energy of duality and separation. This is the third dimensional experience.

Planning is necessary when booking an airline ticket and taking care of daily issues. We are not saying that you cannot plan, but we are saying that it is time to learn to first listen to your intuition, acknowledge the truth behind every appearance, and then take whatever human footsteps are needed. Humans have been taught to do it the other way around, plotting, planning, and scheming through life and then secondarily and perhaps on a Sunday at church, consider the spiritual aspects of a situation. Spiritual consciousness is very practical. The completeness and harmony embodied within Divine Consciousness (and you) when realized, will manifest in ways that are perfect for you which may not be the same as they would be for another.

The spiritual life must be lived every moment of every day and night. Truth must become your state of consciousness--the lens with which you perceive everything in your lives. Your real identity is that you are spiritual beings, and therefore it is imperative that the serious spiritual student acknowledge and begin to live this awareness. You chose to be in the denser third dimensional energies of earth in order to awaken in spite of any appearances to the contrary.

Many know truth on an intellectual level and go no further. Truth cannot be experienced on an intellectual level, no matter how many classes you attend or how many books you read. Truth kept at an intellectual level simply holds the spiritual student in place and adds to the third dimensional energy of the world. The Divine cannot be understood with the brain, it is too profound, too universal, and too sacred. Truth gradually unfolds from within as an individual is spiritually ready, intellectual knowledge of truth is only a first baby step.

Anyone who is serious in their choice to evolve, must start walking the walk dear ones, instead of just talking the talk. It is time, and is past time for many. Remember, mankind is not on earth simply to enjoy the scenery, but to awaken. All reading these messages are ready, and know it, yet many hesitate to actually live it.

Living a spiritually awakened life does not mean standing, arms folded in a pose of prayer 24/7, nor does it mean saying; "Oh God is all, everything is illusion, so I will let this starving baby just die". Living out from truth does not mean being anyone's doormat either, as one of the many concepts about spirituality would have you believe. Living out from Center means living, moving, and having your being in a foundation of truth at all times in spite of outer appearances. You are then guided through everything needing to be done on the human level.

Understand that discord and disharmony have no law to hold them in place but are simply the illusory interpretations of a universal, impersonal, and un-enlightened world consciousness enmeshed in beliefs of duality and separation.

Send Light and love to all those you see struggling, always recognizing their true Divine nature.

Much is coming that you will perceive as chaos but do not go into fear for all is simply the removal of old and finished energy from Gaia as well as from individuals.

Never doubt that you are Divine beings having human experiences. Those evolved enough to be reading messages such as these, are on your way and fully capable of adding much Light to the world at this time--if you choose.

Arcturian Group welcomes all readers to another message of light and love. We are here to assist all those choosing to ascend into the higher dimensional energy now becoming ever more apparent with each passing day.

Those choosing to ascend must experience the clearing of their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy fields which is the release of any old dense energies still being carried from the past (or present). This can be an uncomfortable process. You may find yourselves experiencing days when you cry, are depressed, or angry for no reason. You may be crying and laughing at the same time while being able to rationally observe the experience much as if you were standing outside of yourself watching. Many (not all) will re-experience some intense emotional energies as they release. Allow them go, not claiming them back in as your personal problem for when you say to yourself; "I am so depressed" or "I need medication, better go get some pills" you hinder the releasing process.

Releases from physical cellular memory will often flow through the body's weakest area resulting in issues involving a particular area over and over again. Energy release is also done in dreams. An individual may have dreams of some violent activity such as being a fighting warrior and wonder why. These dreams are probably the release of stored cellular memory from actual experiences. Energy may also release in the exact spot of an old injury where cellular memory still holds the traumatic event. People living with excessive fears--water, heights, certain animals, etc. still carry in their cellular memory some traumatic past experience involving these things.

We have discussed clearing in previous messages, but wish to remind you that all who have chosen to move spiritually forward must clear. You cannot take the old and dense energies of the third dimension with you into the new and higher. You are also in the process of opening blocked meridians upon which energy flows as well as clearing the seven chakras and bringing in new ones. Much is going on within you now dear ones, so remember this as you experience these clearings. Try to avoid rushing to some third dimensional medical diagnosis with these experiences but do not hesitate to see a doctor if you are being guided to. Know that many of today's physical issues for evolving souls is the clearing and release of old energy.

We would like to talk to you about living in the higher frequencies which is an energy of openness and respect. Respect for each others choices in all areas--no judgement or criticism which is always involves personal concepts. Higher dimensional living flows harmoniously on an energy of love because it is lived out from a realization of Oneness. That which human beings have come to accept as normal (duality and separation) has programmed them to believe that it is the reality. We say to you that it is an aberration--the energy of love and oneness is the reality. Humans forget the peace and calm lived in on their home planets or in experiences between lives because when a soul chooses to incarnate he willingly accepts the veil of forgetfulness that comes with it. This results in lifetimes on earth lived with no remembrance of who one really is.

Belief in the permanent reality of duality and separation is now beginning to dissolve as the immense amount of Light flowing to earth from many sources and from your own Divinity shines light on the shadows. We remind you of this because as you begin to experience more manifestations of what is real, the fruits of duality and separation will lessen--the inner is the outer. You will begin to observe more peace, calm, abundance, respect, joy, health and a sharing of all things because these are the reality, held in place by Divine law.

Mankind has been programmed to believe in lack, limitation , separation, and evil which has resulted in lifetimes involving selfish and cruel behavior on the part of any (even you dear ones, in un-awakened lifetimes) who would dominate others in the belief that they would have nothing unless they forcibly took it. The experience of duality was and still is for some, an important tool of evolution, but its time is finished for the awakening ones.

That which is old and the false is rapidly dissolving into the nothingness that it really is and spiritual awareness is beginning to manifest outwardly as new and higher forms of living which is why you are seeing so much chaos at this time. Appearances would say the world is falling apart, things are getting worse, and mankind is going backward. The truth is that higher frequency Light energy is beginning to shine on the shadows within governments, churches, businesses, and corporations bringing to light those things that have been heretofore hidden from you.

It is now time to reclaim your innate power dear ones, and make everyday decisions from a place of awareness. The bringing of an enlightened consciousness to the daily choices you make as human beings will bring about the change. There needs to be a conscious coming together of the spiritual and the material in your understanding for in truth there is no separation. The world you see is simply the material sense of the spiritual reality.

Decisions made from a deeper intuitive place instead of from 3D propaganda will vote self-serving and un-evolved people out of office. Not supporting corporations that would feed you chemicals and junk will bring change. Refusing to blindly support belief systems and churches that would keep mankind in bondage to personal and egotistical doctrine and concepts will also bring change.

Now is the time for all to accept and integrate both the masculine (active/be-er, do-er energy) and the feminine (receptive, creative energy) aspects of self. This will result in a more balanced, whole, and powerful state of consciousness that allows the individual to function and make choices that serve the higher good instead of being controlled from outside influences.

Evolved beings have learned to live from their center outward, and not from outward to center. You are the power dear ones, and it is past time to recognize and begin acting out from this awareness. Be very aware that we are not talking of power in the sense of power over someone or something for the use of power in selfish or self serving ways has been the downfall of many and is in and of the old energy. We speak of the power that comes from the realization that you are the manifestation of Source and nothing or no person can separate you from that--all that you need is already within. It is the power of truth that sees nothing needing healing or correction.

Always honestly examine intention dear ones, for what ever you say and do is carried on the energy of intention. Be scrupulously honest and true to yourselves asking; "What am I believing that is making me feel or act this way?". The energy of truth and light will always be your guide in whatever choices, actions, or words are necessary if you seek, trust, and allow it.

Greetings dear ones. We come today to tell you of the many changes we see happening in your world. Light energy is increasing each day which in turn is exposing much that has been kept hidden for years. Do not despair if you do not see these changes yourselves because your news is not reporting to you that which we see. What we see has to do with energy--souls awakening and planetary consciousness lifting to new and higher levels. This in turn is allowing people to see where and how they are being used and lied to by those that would keep the world in the old ways for personal profit. This is how change happens.

Evolution manifests in the small events of daily life--a smile to or from a stranger, comfort to someone suffering loss, or the recognition of another's true identity even if they are unaware of it. Learn to live in compassion dear ones, not in sympathy for in sympathy you align yourself with the lower energies that the other is suffering from. This is an important point for those of you who work with people in some capacity.

Be not afraid for you are doing the work. Try very hard not hold concepts of how your world should appear, for concepts are simply three dimensional mind formed ideas reflecting an individual's belief system. Try not to force things into how you think they should be, but allow them to unfold while standing back in truth as an observer knowing that all is proceeding according to plan for yourselves and for the world. Learn to trust dear ones, for once you have decided to spiritually grow, you are being guided.

The Arcturian Group wishes to talk about Oneness. You may say, we always talk about Oneness but we reply that we must emphasize the truth of Oneness because it is the basic truth upon which all change will take place. Until mankind can understand that there is only One (one mind, one life, one intelligence, one reality) manifesting Itself in infinite form and variety, there will always be that sense of separation holding man in bondage to the false sense of duality and separation.

You see, all are in and of the One for it is all there is. With this awareness there would be no wars, no thievery, no murders, no anger or lower resonating emotions all of which arise from a belief in separation. When mankind realizes that there is only One, he will see that all have the same opportunity to experience the gifts embodied within that that One. No one has been given more than another for there is only the One. It the individual state of consciousness that determines how much of that One will manifest. Journeys through lifetimes--some easy and many difficult were carefully chosen by every soul as necessary experiences leading to this awareness of ONE and you are ready for this awareness now.

Everything is connected within the One--the crystal/mineral kingdom, the plant kingdom, the animal kingdom, the devic/elemental/nature spirit kingdom, and all human as well as galactic beings. There is only ONE and it is continually manifesting itself and cannot be separated from its own qualities which is why these qualities are held in place and governed infinitely by spiritual law. These unchanging and permanent qualities of intelligence, wisdom, abundance, wholeness, completeness etc etc. and are yours by virtue of your Divine sonship but only manifest according to the conditioning of your state of consciousness.

If you fully believe you are separate from all other living things, then the Divine idea of Oneness will manifest in your experience as relationships that reflect this. The ONE never changes, but any false belief held in consciousness will manifest outwardly. Examine your experiences dear ones, for they will guide you to what you still hold within your consciousness.

The job of the evolutionary process is to move every soul into an awareness of the truth of ONE. Truth appears when an individual is ready simply as a new idea that seems to resonate. The awakening soul ponders and thinks upon this new idea and begins to practice it in daily life. Gradually the truth integrates and become the individual's state of consciousness. Evolution is an unfolding process dear ones, one cannot say; "I got it!" and then expect everything to suddenly change. It is not a matter of intellectual knowledge, it is the actual integration of these truths until they become YOU. That is why many refer to old souls (evolved through many lifetimes) versus new souls (just beginning to learn).

Over lifetimes of living in duality and separation, you have accumulated lower resonating energies which have been stored within your physical, emotional,and mental bodies. These need to be cleared for they cannot go with you into the higher dimensional energies that you moving in to. This is what you are doing now--releasing these old and toxic energies carried in ignorance from lifetime to lifetime and which have held you in bondage to many of the issues you deal with in daily life.

As these clearings take place unpleasantness may surface and you may think you are going backwards in your spiritual progress. No dear ones, it is just the opposite, you have reached that place in your journey where you are now evolved enough to let go of that which is old and finished. You are releasing all that you have dragged with you from lifetime to lifetime when you did not have enough awareness to understand that these old and dense energies were holding you back. You have come to the place of finally being ready to do this difficult work, and you are doing it beautifully so do not to see the painful issues of your lives as some sort of failure but as signs that you are graduating. Be aware that some clearing is taking place in the dream state so if you have troubling dreams know that you are most likely releasing the energy of some past life experience.

It is important that you let go of all concepts of how clearing, evolution, or ascension should look--for yourselves or for the world. Release any and all concepts or comparison of your journey versus another's' for all have had different lifetimes with varying experiences leading to whatever personal issues need to be looked at,released, and moved beyond.

It is time to let go of your concepts dear ones, for concepts hold you in bondage to a belief system that is more often than not false .

ARCTURIAN GROUP MESSAGE - APRIL 21st 2013

APRIL 21, 2013 Hello dear ones. We come today to wish you a happy spring although it has been a very different spring for many parts of your world this year. Gaia is adjusting to the new energies pouring in, as well as opening herself to more of her own Divine energies for she too is a conscious being. Gaia is making the adjustments necessary as best she can in order to allow her own ascension to proceed with the least amount of discord to the beings living on earth. Much of that which you see as chaos in the world is the releasing of dark energy pockets which have lain dormant in certain areas for eons of time. These are places where the energies of war, strife, and suffering still resonate and where years and years of un-enlightened thinking and actions are now manifesting in order to be looked at, transmuted, and released. It may appear as though the world is becoming darker but it is actually the activity of more Light shining on previously hidden shadows bringing them to world awareness instead of allowing them to stay hidden and functional as has been the case up to now. Much is happening dear ones, and those choosing to resist the Light through ignorance and fear are now fighting for their survival which can only be a losing battle regardless of how long it takes, simply because Divine Consciousness is the only Reality and thus can never be extinguished. There is no reality (holding power) to illusions created from the energies of duality and separation even though they seem so real--hypnotism. We have stated before that the good illusions are no more real than the bad ones, both represent duality. When there is enough light on earth, it will simply dissolve the un-enlightened illusions into the nothingness that they are. Many of today's children are on earth at this time simply to add their Light to this evolutionary process. They did not need to be in body for their own personal evolution as they are already very evolved, but chose to be a part of this powerful time by adding their evolved energy to it. This is why you are becoming aware of so many very intuitive, and "old" thinking children. Try to honor them for their Light and not think of them as odd or force them to being more in and of the old energies. Stay true to your awareness dear ones, for you are making the difference although it may not seem outwardly to be that way. Try not to watch so much news for in doing this you are being fed a continuous supply of negativity and old energy. Be selective in what you read, for you would not feed your body junk so why feed your mind and consciousness with it? Stay aware, but not fully engrossed--"in the world but not of it". The time is now to live that which you know to be the truth, and not just consider it interesting conversation for groups, classes, or friends. Meditate often, resting in your center of Oneness, for this is your calming respite from the world of appearances, and is where you will be taught. No longer do you need piles of books and many classes, for you have evolved beyond them to being taught from within. This is why many of you are finding that you no longer resonate with metaphysical books and classes. Arcturian Group wishes to talk about America. America was founded on Divine principles brought forth by the founding fathers through the guidance of Beings of Light from this side. America was evolved enough to begin moving toward a new consciousness representative of the freedoms and peace enjoyed by the societies of evolved and already established colonies on other planets. These are highly intelligent societies living in peace and love--societies in which all life forms are valued and respected, and there is no awareness of lack or limitation. Mankind was ready receive and plant the seeds for this higher resonating society to unfold. America's Founding Fathers were being Divinely guided as they wrote the constitution, seeding consciousness with a new way of living and being, one of freedom and peace for all. The constitution was a three dimensional way of bringing in a more enlightened world consciousness although most were not yet ready at that time and even now, to really comprehend the higher truths embodied in this document. America began as a babe, over time unfolding and growing through painful experiences of trial and error but is now awaking spiritually into "young adulthood" although there are still many resonating with the "rebellious adolescent" consciousness. Many have and still misinterpret this spiritually guided document to benefit their own selfish or simply ignorant interests-- twisting or eliminating divinely inspired ideas to their personal level and working to convince others that this is entirely appropriate. It is happening more than ever now because there is panic in those who see the awakening of the masses as an end to their old, comfortable, and self serving ways . Corporations, governments, churches, etc. who may be still functioning in an energy of greed and selfishness are doing whatever they believe is necessary (including the ms-interpreting your sacred constitution), in order to keep mankind in an energy of fear for the purpose of preserving their own lucrative and self serving agendas. However, those of you of the Light are now ready to pay attention and deal with world issues on a new and higher level. Send light to the people who seem to be causing so many problems and remember that they too are in and of the Divine, but have no awareness of it and thus make all their choices from a place of ignorance. Bring the Light of Truth to every situation you become aware of or personally encounter. The awareness of truth and the illusory nature of appearances along with the sending of Light helps to dissolve these illusions of darkness. Ranting and raving about the evils of the world adds your energy to the already present energy creating these appearances and gives them more reality-- illusions gain strength from the energy you feed them, see? Do what you are guided to do in order to bring change in practical 3d dimensional ways (sign petitions, plant seeds of truth with your words etc.) but always be aware of the illusory nature of appearances--that they are manifestations of shadow energy with no law to sustain or maintain them. Take the human footsteps but only after seeking guidance through contemplation and meditation. You may be guided to do absolutely nothing but stand back and observe in detached awareness---or you may be guided to just send Light--or you may be guided to take some sort of action. Always remember-- All power is only ever within the Divine, the Truth, the Reality. We are the Arcturian Group

THE ARCTURIAN GROUP - THE ENERGY OF REALITY AND ILLUSION

APRIL 6, 2013 Again we greet you dear ones, those who read these messages, for we see you as students of truth, ready to evolve and grow deeper. There is much light now manifesting on earth and soon you will recognize the results of it. Do not always expect to see large overwhelming events but become more observant of the many small changes happening daily-- unexpectedly aware words spoken by some political or spiritual leader, kindnesses between strangers, or the increase in those choosing to help serve all living things like the rescue of lost, abused, and frightened animals. Every expression of light (unconditional love) given to the world, to all living things, to each other, adds to the energy of the whole. Even when you do not particularly like another, your job is to silently recognize their divinity in spite of appearances and this is how you practice unconditional love because love is the realization of One which does NOT mean being a doormat for another. Today we wish to discuss the energy of reality and illusion, for many are confused when they read spiritual literature stating that the world is illusion when life seems to be very real and often so painful  .  Being expressions of Source you are creators, and for lifetimes have been creating from a third dimensional consciousness of duality and separation. These experiences are very real within that state of consciousness--pain is felt, accidents happen, disease, lack, and limitation are very apparent and seem to be what human life on earth is all about. Many religions still ignorantly teach that man's reward will be in heaven and not on earth and that earth is meant to be a place of suffering. Buddha's original teachings having to do with the world being an illusion have been misunderstood by those not evolved enough spiritually to understand them. This resulted in many simply doing nothing, saying; "Oh well, the starving baby doesn't matter, it is all illusion." It is not the world and all living things that are illusion, it is mankind's' concept of the world that is the illusion. This is a vital point in the unfolding awareness of spiritual consciousness. Because you are creators dear ones, you create from your own state of consciousness and what you experience is based upon that. Are you creating experiences that manifest duality and separation or are you creating experiences of Light and Love? Many will react to this statement and feel anger, but we ask you to take this into your quiet time and ponder these words. Those who thrive on being "victims" will no longer be able to blame others for their problems and this will cause many to respond with anger and uncomfortable emotions. It is an ingrained but incorrect belief in the third dimensional world that others are responsible for your lives--problems as well as successes. When you see the suffering of others realize that what you are witnessing is the manifestation of ignorance created through beliefs of duality and separation. These forms can appear in infinite variety of expression and often reflect the individual energy of one who may be still holding (and thus attracting) something from a past life experience. This energy may be manifesting at this time because the individual is now evolved enough to release and clear it. Frequently good or bad experiences simply reflect the impersonal nature the third dimensional belief system because those living in a consciousness of ignorance are at the mercy of any belief which may be floating out there in universal human consciousness. Know that good appearances are no more spiritual than bad ones--all are concepts of the spiritual reality. When a spiritual student begins to understand these truths, it may result in some confusion as to how he is supposed to respond to the sufferings of the world. This awareness does not mean one cannot help others and does not mean doing nothing but does mean we must recognize the reality behind what is going on. You see, the Divine Consciousness which is all there is (Omnipresence) would be incapable of manifesting Itself as division, discord, disharmony--how could One (all there is) be divided? The illusion is man's ignorant understanding of the Divine, seeing God as some sort of man in the sky, and endowing him with qualities of good and evil--concepts born from lifetimes in ignorance of truth. Everything embodied within Divine Consciousness is a law, and these qualities are continually and infinitely manifesting. There is only ONE MIND and that is DIVINE MIND but in the un-awakened human, that one mind is conditioned by beliefs of duality and separation and then in turn manifests through this conditioning. For example, the self-sustaining, self maintaining qualities of Source appear to man as food, clothing, or what is needed but when interpreted through a mind filled with varying beliefs of duality and separation, this quality of Divine completeness will manifest as sometimes enough, and at other times not enough--the perfect expression of duality. The infinite wisdom and intelligence of Divine Consciousness will manifest through a consciousness programmed by duality and separation as some people being very smart and wise and others just the opposite. We are not recommending you shout "Hooray" and throw away all your medicines or quit your job while saying; "God is all, everything else is illusion". We are saying that if you resonate with these truths, then you are ready to incorporate them into your consciousness. When something unpleasant or even very daunting comes into your experience, you will now be able to look at it more impersonally, asking yourself; "What am I believing that is making me feel this way, or manifest this? What is the truth?". In this process, there is never to be guilt or self recrimination for past mistakes or judgements for it is simply the process of evolution you are experiencing, and doing a fine job of it. You are learning who you really are and then living out from that which is why you are on this journey. Know that much of what may be unpleasant in your lives at this point is simply energy from past lifetimes that you are now ready to clear--physically, emotionally, and mentally. Many are experiencing issues they thought they had already dealt with or that they never even had in the first place. These things are presenting at this time in order to be looked at on a higher level and released. These issues reflect opportunities for you to examine your belief system. Many are being guided to remove negative or positive energetic cords attaching them to people or places because anything resonating with that which is finished must be released. Anything still resonating with old finished energy can hold you in bondage to the past. Negative issues being presented at this time are serving to move all evolving souls into deeper ways of understanding and the ability to let go with love and gratitude. This in turn, brings about a seeing of the world with new eyes. Always remember Reality is, was, and always has been Oneness, and that One governed and held forever in place by law. That is why there really is no death, could the Divine die? We see the appearances of death, but is that the reality? Fear of death is one of the heaviest of beliefs needing to be released. One may change location, but never can there be the death of that I AM. The nature of the third dimensional experience is that each awaken to truth regardless of outer appearances. It was never meant that earth sink so heavily into the dense energies of duality and separation, but it happened, and in spite of that many are now awakening and becoming strong and powerful beings--worthy of much praise and congratulations. Try not to get discouraged dear ones, for you are doing what you came to do and doing a fine job of it. Those of you who read these messages are more than ready to do the work required. There will come a point where most of the outer discords will simply drop away for there will no longer be the belief energy to manifest as them and this is how the world is changing. As more and more awaken to truth and begin to live out from an illumined consciousness, the outer manifestations will take on more perfect and higher form. This is why no one can come and save the world for you dear ones, it has to be the enlightened consciousness of the many that manifests a new world and that is exactly what is happening very quickly at this point. Try not to add energy to the negative world issues you may become aware of through your news. Much of this is the manifestation of old and finished energy for many areas of the world still hold a great deal of that which is very dense from the past--places of war and suffering.
