 Fifth Dimensional Leadership

We have spoken with you before about Fifth Dimensional Leadership (Please see the Blog for 8-20-12) and would like to expand on that information. If you have said, “Yes, I want to be a 5D Leader” when you are not even sure what that means, you have put yourself in the “fast lane” of ascension.

Therefore, your lives will begin to change very quickly, and you will be asked to release any person, place, situation or thing that binds you to the final illusions of the third/fourth dimensional paradigm. This Path that you have chosen is not an easy one. It is a Path in which you must clear out the old, and then clear it out again, then again and again.

Light travels in circles, and as you allow higher and higher frequencies of Light into your beingness, the circular motion will take you into lower and lower frequencies of that which you are about to leave behind. As the Leaders into the fifth dimension, you are the “clean up crew” for Gaia.

It does not matter if the darkness is in the Earth, in you, or someone else. In fact, as you continue to move into fifth dimensional Unity Consciousness, someone else become an extinct term. The cleaning up of the final remnants of Gaia’s 3D polarities has to be done, and YOU have volunteered to do it. In fact, you volunteered before you took this form.

You, our beloved ones, are our dearest brothers and sisters who have made the monumental sacrifice to leave our wonderful realms of Light and Unconditional Love to wear an earth vessel throughout this process of Planetary Ascension.

We, your Galactic and Celestial Family, call upon you NOW to dedicate the remainder of your earth vessel’s existence to returning Gaia HOME to Her fifth dimensional expression. There are those who say they will, but they won’t. On the other hand, there are those who say they will, and they DO!

We know that we are asking you to strain your poor, exhausted earth vessel to its very limits of endurance. However, it is this process that will free you from the separation and limitation of that form for all eternity.

We realize that we ask so very much of you, but if you can allow yourselves to remember who you really are, your hardships will be revealed as a blessing. There will be nothing that you are asked to surrender that will not be replaced with a higher frequency version. We make this statement knowing that ALL of you have conquered yourpower-over ego.

However, we also realized that your wounded ego still wishes you to believe that you are “just one human.”

NO!  You are NOT just one human! NO! You are not alone. 

Yes! You are of THE ONE!

Definition Of Fifth Dimensional Leadership

Before we continue with our message, we wish to define Fifth Dimensional Leadership by saying that a Fifth Dimensional Leader is one who leads the way into the fifth dimension. This definition may assist with any confusion you may be having about how to lead. It is not so much HOW you lead, but WHERE you are leading.

Or dearest ONES, we speak to ALL of you who receive this message. Even if you are not involved in a particular undertaking, we see that our Lightworkers have shifted into high gear in these final moments. We see vast changes on Gaia that we KNOW that you, our representatives wearing human vessels, have created these shifts with your vast, multidimensional creativity.

We look to ALL of you and see that YOU are indeed your true SELF, cloaked in a lower frequency garment. Therefore, we ask you to remember that WE, your Galactic and Celestial Family, are YOU! Hence, we are not more advanced than you.

In fact, your challenge of being your Multidimensional SELF within your small, clay form is a feat that we are not sure that we could complete. We honor you with our Open Heart and our Cosmic Mind. We hold great respect for our Galactic Family members who have volunteered to take a form for this final segment of the Planetary Process Ascension.

Your collective ability to maintain a connection with your true SELF while wearing a clay vessel is a primary component of your Mission. You are already victorious in that endeavor.

Furthermore, each of you is beginning to understand your own puzzle piece, as well as how you can connect your personal puzzle piece to the planetary puzzle of ascension. Unfortunately, you do not have the cover to the puzzle box to see how it will look when it is complete.Hence, each of you must look deep inside to discover your wish fulfilled.

We are now ready to give you instructions for three components of your process of being a leader into the fifth dimension:

#1 Integrating Your Multidimensional Operating System Into Your Physical Brain:

Without the integration of your new mental and emotional operating system, the concepts to which you will be introduced will be too advanced, too multidimensional for your physical brains to embrace. Therefore, we request that you read our former message about integrating your Multidimensional Operating System. (See Blog for 9-24-12)

#2 Returning To Unity Consciousness

We, the Galactics, need a network of ascending ones who are bonded in Unity Consciousness with each other and with their higher dimensional expressions SELF. This Unity Consciousness cannot be fully achieved without the full integration of your multidimensional mental and emotional operating system.

We say “mental and emotional” as within the Multidimensional Operating System, thoughts and emotions, mind and heart, are ONE. Therefore, you can think and perceive with your heart and feel your wonderful human emotions with your mind. Your expanded ability to perceive with your heart, which is ever expanding into perceiving with your High Heart, is the foundation of this new operating system.

The mind, thoughts, brain and neurology can accept and organize the multidimensional light into information bits. However, only your High Heart can perceive, embrace and use the unconditional love that is the building block of all creation. Please remember that unconditional love is the bonding force of the Multiverse.

Hence, unconditional love is the cohesive power that holds every energy molecule together to create form. Also, since the form that you are creating is fifth dimensional, unconditional love is needed to close all the third/fourth dimensional polarities of light, thought and emotion into Oneness. In this manner, your creative concepts can enter through the fifth dimensional Matrix where they are bonded together with the cohesion of unconditional love.

#3 Creating New Earth

First, we must remind you that within the vocabulary of unconditional love, the concepts of creating and perceiving are interchangeable. If something is not created, it is not perceivable. On the other hand, if it is not perceivable, it is not created. Because there is no time, as you know it in the fifth dimension, it is not possible to place these concepts in a separate, sequential, organized fashion.

There is only NOW. Therefore, within the HERE of the NOW, creation and perception intermingle into the forms of fifth dimensional Earth. Paradoxically, the fifth dimensional is also formless, because it is infinitely responding to the ever-changing creative ideals of the Unity Consciousness.

Coming Out

Meanwhile, back on physical Earth, some of our ascending ones are still struggling to decide whether or not they dare to “come out” as their true SELF.

Hence, we hope you understand now why there needs to be strong supportive Networkers who have:

·   Integrated their Multidimensional Operating System to better understand that which they will be teaching to others.

·     Returned to Unity Consciousness to best assist with Planetary Ascension.

·     And are actively creating New Earth with their every thought and emotion.

We see that many of you are ready to join into the Flow of ascension, but feel isolated and alone. Therefore, we ask those of you who have found your Way to share your process with those whom you have come to assist.

Yes, you may not remember, but all of you have created strong bonds with certain life-streams through your myriad shared incarnations. In fact, many of you that find yourselves together now were also together within when you came to assist Gaia at the fall of Atlantis.

Remember, our dear ascending ones, there are NO mistakes and NO accidents. YOU are the creator of your life! Even if this creation stems from the wounded ego of your subconscious mind or the immense power of your Multidimensional SELF, it is YOUR creation.

As you release ALL sense of victimization, you will KNOW that where you are and what you are doing NOW is the HERE from which you will commence your new life.

As I informed you in the previous two posts at this site, I have been asked to re-publish earlier messages relating to Caretakers. The following message from Bren-Ton was previously published on June 18, 2009.

I am happy to rejoin you and share the approach to organization that we would hope to implement on your planet. Intuition is to be cultivated in both the leader and the participants of his team. The value of it in decision-making and action is to be recognized. The opinion of either the leader or a participant, based on one’s intuition, is to be honored. It is a matter of feeling comfortable with this way of decision-making, as opposed to analysis.

Meditation practice is an important part of the new leadership and participant mode. Meditation will serve to connect everyone to a higher way of being. When all members of a team are mediating they will more easily join together in proper decision-making and action. No formal way of achieving meditation is proscribed.

Meditation will lead to a direct connection with God. Only when that is firmly established will the true meaning of Oneness within the team become apparent. Functioning from a place of Oneness with all will create organizations like no other. Seeing projects in Oneness will make their accomplishment not only easier, but will facilitate the highest good for all involved. Training all members of a team in these practices will bear plentiful fruit.

One this is accomplished, the ability to communicate telepathically will follow quite naturally. If one’s conscious mind can be quieted through a meditative practice, then the door to telepathic communication opens. When a leader and his team members are all joined in this close association there is no room for private agendas, nor room for deceit or manipulation, and no room for maneuvering or game playing.

Since you have all be taught to compete with each other, to see each other as different, and to seek your own welfare, this type of functioning will be quite a new experience. Seek out those people who will join with you in this type of an organization. Let the natural leader emerge. Within a short time an experience will emerge in which everyone communicates openly, everyone recognizes the strengths of each person, and in which there is a free exchange of ideas.

There are many other aspects of leadership and organization, such as ethics and leadership training for children, which we will share with you. These will become known, Mark, as you build the leadership institute we have requested of you. By this message we are recruiting those who might join with Mark in building such a teaching institute for Leadership in Oneness. We see such an effort as essential to creating a new civilization for Earth, and have promised to assist in its success.

FIFTH DIMENSIONAL LEADERSHIP

Greetings, we are the Arcturians,

We are HERE in your NOW to talk to you about fifth dimensional leadership. We will begin by telling all of you that you are already leaders or you would not be interested in expanding your innate leadership into its fifth dimensional expression. You have known or are now remembering, even if this knowing was unconscious to your daily life, that you would be called upon one day to make a contribution to your Planetary Ascension.

Therefore, we ask that each of you begin to ask us personally, in your meditations and through your journaling, exactly what specific contribution you volunteered to give to Gaia before you took this form. It is important to remember that you are NOT your body. You are wearing your body. That is, the third dimensional resonance of your Multidimensional SELF is wearing your current body. We say “current” for your body will transmute along with your consciousness.

We will now begin to give you a foundation for the definition of fifth dimensional leadership. For one thing, this form of leadership is the higher expression of your third dimensional leadership. Therefore, you will continue to lead in whatever fashion you are leading now, except that your consciousness will be expanding more and more each day.

Because of your ever-expanding consciousness, you thoughts, emotions, creative ideas and physical form will resonate to higher and higher expressions. For example, your thoughts will become increasingly multidimensional, and you will no longer find that your thinking binds you to old 3D paradigms that are rapidly becoming extinct.

With your thoughts free of many of the limitations and concepts of separation that have ruled your life so far, your emotions are becoming free of fear and based on love. Furthermore, your love is becoming unconditional. Therefore, you will become increasingly tolerant of others, whether or not you agree with the path they have taken.

Of course, the energy that you put out returns back to you. Thus, the unconditional love that you send out will instantly return into the Portal of your High Heart. It is through this Portal that you shall lead in a fifth dimensional manner. You shall, also, lead via your multidimensional consciousness, so that you will always be able to perceive the higher frequency expression of every situation.

Through your opened Third Eye you will be able to look into the matrix of any situation to resolve it in the deepest fashion, as well as perceive each situation from a higher dimensional perspective. The joy of fifth dimensional leadership is that is no separation from those that you lead. Therefore, there will not be necessary for a leader to be lonely in his or her position, as you will be in Unity Consciousness with all that you lead.

We say “all” rather “whomever” for you may not be leading humans. You may find that your leadership is directed towards the animal or plant kingdom. You may even find your leadership is to be focused on communion with the body of Gaia. The most important element is that you shall be ONE will all that you lead.

We understand that you still carry a corporeal form. Therefore, there are still the limitations of having a job, paying your bills, taking care of your family and the fatigue that comes with your busy physical life.

Remember that your earth vessel is the Temple for your great consciousness that you have refined back into its true, multidimensional status. Therefore, remember to care for your body first, so that you can be at your best when you care for others.

Because you have allowed yourself to acknowledge your innate leadership abilities, you are also able to recognize that your creative force is the tool through you will lead. You will lead through that which you LOVE to do. In other words, if you love to write, you will lead through writing. If you love to create art, you will lead through your art forms. If you love to exercise, you will lead through bodily movement, etc. etc..

In other words, you will not change yourself to become a leader. Instead, you will OWN that you are already a fifth dimensional leader. You will be a leader by being your SELF and by sharing your greatest creative gifts. It is through your creative expression that you will touch the hearts of others. Some have a gift for conversation, others for healing, others for empathy etc. etc.. 

You will not change or improve yourself to be a fifth dimensional leader. You will love and accept yourself unconditionally. In this manner, your leadership will be based on unconditional love and acceptance. As a fifth dimensional leader, you will realize that you can only give away that which you have. Therefore, you will not ask of others what you cannot give in return.

Also, the concept of “others” will dim within the Unity Consciousness of fifth dimensional leadership. You will also remember to honor your self and your process of being a leader, so that you can honor those in your circle of influence. In fact, you may never tell anyone that you are a fifth dimensional leader because you have gained freedom from your ego.

Therefore, you can NOW be a leader, not because you want to be, but because you already are. Your leadership will not come FROM you, but rather THROUGH you. You Multidimensional SELF will be your leader, and you will pass along the gifts that you have received. Being a fifth dimensional leader is not a job or a position, it is a way of life. As a fifth dimensional leader you honor the inner leadership to which you have connected and lovingly assist others to find their inner leadership.

Dear leaders, it is important that you connect with like-minded people. Unity consciousness is the basis of fifth-dimensional, “Leaderless Leadership.” Therefore, give yourself the gift of meeting with those with whom you can be totally open and honest. We, the Arcturians, can clearly perceive the swiftly approaching NOW in which your expanded awareness will be sought after and received with opened hearts.

We realize that many of you have had to “hide in plain sight” so that you could continue a safe and comfortable life on third dimensional Earth. You knew that your “time” was not yet. Therefore, you waited for your Clarion Call before you would come out from deep cover and be the Vanguards of your New Reality.

Beloved ONES, the Clarion Call is NOW!!!  Soon, yes that dreaded word soon that has disappointed you again and again, soon you will see about you the beginnings of the New World for which you have longed. Some have had this longing for their entire life, and others have just awakened to the inner knowing that has taunted the long awakened ones.

We tell you now that you inner knowing was actually a vision from beyond time. Now that your time is blurring into the NOW, your inner visions of a reality based on multidimensional light and unconditional love is coming into manifestation. Be patient as the dying off of the old creates the chaos of immense change. To move smoothly through this final transition, we advise that you:

Release ALL you old habits of limitation.

Surrender to the unknown by falling into your High Heart.

Enter chaos as the Spiritual Warrior that you ARE.

Use your great courage to act as your true SELF in your daily life.

Our dear Ascending Ones, we Arcturians are everywhere now. We fill your skies with our Ships, we embody many human and animal earth vessels, we are entering the consciousness of all those who can embrace our unconditional love, and we speak through the messages of the many earth bodies that we have chosen to wear.

We honor our many Earth Beings in human, animal, planetary and Elemental form. YOU are the creators of New Earth and you are creating it NOW!
