Meeting Arquelle

Arcturians:    Suzille, I AM Arquelle. I AM an individuated fifth dimensional form of our Arcturian energy. Our Arcturian energy is multidimensional and has NO limits. However, we do create humanoid forms for specific purposes. I have come to you now wearing a humanoid form so that you can better remember who WE are. Yes, I do mean “we,” as in you and I. You are now receiving my message from a fifth dimensional, human form on New Earth.

Suzille:    Are you saying that I already exist on New Earth in the form that you/we are on New Earth?

Arquelle:  Yes, you are correct. When I said that I took an individuated form, you must realize that my “time” doesn’t work in the manner that it does in the third dimension. Therefore, since there is no sequential time, I/we have always had this form within the HERE and NOW of that frequency of reality.

S:         Therefore, I have always had that form, but my consciousness has just recently entered into the frequency that you could share this information with me. Is that correct?

A:        Yes, that is correct.   You have met many of your forms, and we (I will now revert to my confortable term of “we” rather “I”) are here now to introduce you to a fifth dimensional, humanoid representation of our Arcturian energy.

We present this form to you to assist you with the quandary of transmutation of a third dimensional form into a fifth dimensional form. As you communicate with us, feel how our fifth dimensional form interfaces with your present ascending reality.

S:         When I close my physical eyes to view this form with my Third Eye and High Heart, I can feel a new, yet very familiar, version of my SELF within my current form.

However, when I think of this form as “within” my physical form, I see it emanating beyond the boundaries of my earth body. I also feel something like a Portal that is a component of this form. My High Heart tells me that this Portal leads to New Earth.

However, it is not a physical Portal. Rather, it is a Portal for my consciousness, which nudges me to move through into a deeper, more expanded state of consciousness. This level of consciousness has not been as readily available before.

Did you/we create this form of Arquelle to magnetize me into a higher expression of my daily self?

A:        The first thing that needs to be considered is your Belief in your SELF. If you do not believe that YOU can merge with your fifth dimensional, Lightbody that resonates to New Earth, you will be working against yourself rather than FOR yourself. We ask you now, “Is it easier now for you to BELIEVE that you can merge with your SELF on New Earth now?

S:         Yes. It is easier to release my attachment to the human form now that my fifth dimensional SELF has a name, a feeling, a communication style and a sense of familiarity.

A:        You have seen how simply the changing of forms occurs on Alcea. Alcea is a planet in our Bootes System. Many of us enter that planetary experience to remember the feeling of form.

The experience of form only lasts for a few generations there, and it is a planet based on love, as is New Earth. It appears to be a water planet, as the water and sky are ONE, but the land is under the water/sky. However, the water does not invade the land; in fact, it protects the land. The water/sky mantle allows great protection for those who take form on the planet.

S:         I have read that Earth once had a mantle to protect Her. Is that correct?

A:        Yes. Earth, too, once had a mantle of protection, but it was lost when the planet, which is now your asteroid belt, was destroyed. Without the protection of the mantle, many Beings of dark intent could enter into your reality. The entry of these dark ones made incarnation on Earth very unsafe.

The doubt of which you have spoken is created by fear. Hence, doubt is best healed by love and safety. We are with you, and all ascending ones, to teach you more about being your fifth dimensional SELF while still wearing a third dimensional form.

If you KNOW that you are already fifth dimensional inside, you can allow that emanation to seep into your physical world to assist with your ascension. You had the vision of a totally safe ascension in the totally loving and calm environment of Alcea to assist you with your present ascension. Hold this loving safety in your consciousness, and tell us how it feels.

S:         It is a bit difficult to connect with the concept of safety, although love is much easier to feel. I will go into my High Heart Portal to feel the comfort of safety…

I see the round Portal of my High Heart and imagine that it is opening. Again, I see the white, etheric hand and arm pushing the Portal open. I step over the threshold and into my High Heart. Instantly, I see what I have always known as the Land of Faerie. This place was where I went as a child to feel safe and happy. I am sure that is why I am there now.

Yes, I feel the safety now. I know that the Land of Faerie still has polarity, but my experiences there were always happy and comforting. Therefore, I have the Belief that it is safe there. I also have the innocence of a child.

With my child’s eyes I see a high mountain with a beautiful Castle, which is ruled by a loving Queen. The Castel protects me and, also, gives me the need to climb higher. 

A:        The great safety you feel in Faerie represents your High Heart Portal. Alternatively, that which you perceive as the Castle high on the hill represents your Pineal Portal. The Pineal Portal assists you, and all ascending ones, to break away from the third dimensional habit that REAL can only be determined by your five physical senses.

The reason that the Pineal Portal feels “real” is that it creates intense imagery, which is accompanied by very visceral feelings, emotions of bliss and experiences of unconditional love. Because of the power of these wonderful experiences, you WANT to believe that your journeys in consciousness are real, as they are so very superior to your experiences in the physical realm.

S:         How does the Pineal Gland give us these experiences?

A:        The Pineal Gland it is the Portal through the high frequency waves of multidimensional light and unconditional love enter your physical form. This Portal is a filter, as well as a magnet.

The “filter” dis-allows the low frequency, fearful thoughts/emotions from invading the higher realms. On the other hand, the “magnet” attracts the higher frequency thoughts/emotions to adhere to the downward facing peak. These higher frequency emotions send a bio-chemical that you are ready to experience higher frequency of reality.

The Pineal Gland hangs from the top of the Third Ventricle of the brain, just over your brainstem with its peak hanging up side down. This Gland works similar to a microphone that can direct certain frequencies to the woofer or to the tweeter.

Your Pineal Gland can filterout the lower frequency thoughts and magnetize the higher frequency thoughts to its opening is at the tip of the “pinecone” shaped Pineal Gland that is hanging downward.

People with a fear-based consciousness cannot accept the higher frequencies of light, as the extremely high frequencies will frighten them into creating frightening images. Therefore, the point of the pinecone, which is the Portal through which the higher light can flow into the physical body, can only be opened by positive, higher dimensional thoughts/emotions.

Positive, loving thoughts and emotions open the Portal because their energy signature states that you have gained some Mastery of your energy field and are ready to experience higher realities. The higher light can then travel from the Core of the Pineal activating the DMT. The DMT then stimulates the euphoric spots on your Eighth Chakra, at the hairline of your forehead, to open you to higher states of consciousness.

At the same time, the Kundalini is stimulated to create an undulating sensation to pump the Kundalini Energy up from the Root Chakra and into the Brow Chakra where is can connect with the incoming higher light and unconditional love. When this connection is complete, the Third Eye opens to activate your expanded perceptions of higher dimensional versions of reality.

As the Kundalini rises, dross matter stored in the chakras is spun off by the increased spin of each chakra. These sensations can be quite blissful if you surrender to the process. However, if you tighten up and/or resist the process, there can be pain and discomfort.

Once the Kundalini energy starts rising up your spine, it begins the process of transmuting your physical body into Lightbody. At this point, changes will need to be made regarding your choices in foods, life styles, thoughts, emotions and behaviors, so that you can become the Master of your energy field.

To be the Master of your energy field means that you have gained mastery over the thoughts that you allow to linger in your mind and the emotions on which you choose to focus. Once the Pineal Portal has opened and stimulated the Kundalini to rise up your spine, it is vital that you become the Master of your Energy, for your thoughts and emotions will begin to manifest.

If you allow the old behaviors and habits of fear, anger, doubt or sorrow to overcome you, it will be the same as crashing into a wall at 60 miles an hour. Once the process of transmuting your form has begun, it is difficult, and even dangerous, to try to stop it. Fortunately, your expanded perceptions act as safety mechanisms to protect you.

S:         How does our expanded perceptions serve as a safety mechanism?

A:        Please remember that most doubt stems from fear. If you doubt your process, you will resist your sensations and try to shut down the Flow of higher light by “slamming on the breaks,” which will bring on the sensation of “crashing into the wall.”

Conversely, if you are experiencing unconditional love and waves of bliss while you are perceiving Higher Beings, Star Ships, Galactics and/or beautiful realms of love and light, you will not be afraid. Therefore, you will not doubt your experience, and you will be able toFlow with your journey until it comes to its natural conclusion.

This completion will occur when your body sends a message via the bio-chemical circuits that your have become fatigued. Then, the process can slowly come to completion in a matter that you body can adapt back to your former bio-chemical and neurological status.

S:         Thank you. I understand now how novel and blissful perceptions can allow us to surrender to our process of transmutation into higher frequencies of expression.

A:        Now that Earth resonates to a much higher frequency, the dark ones in the Lower Astral are more contained. Therefore, they cannot attack you psyche as they have in the past. Hence, transmutation of your form is a safer process. Before this era, the ascension process had to take place in a protected area, such as a Temple, and the ascending one had to be under 24-hour care. There were also Ascended Masters to assist the ascending one from the higher dimensions.

Soon, many will be undergoing this process of ascension, and many of then will need assistance. That is why it is vital to remember that Gaia is be a component of your process. When you are dedicated to Gaia’s planet Earth, you will be part of an ascension process that includes the entire planet. Therefore, you will have the protection of the entire planet and direct access to the collective consciousness of ALL the human, animals, plants, elements and Elementals who are also ascending.

When one person ascends alone, it can only be done with many attendants, or within a society that protects and cares for their Holy Men. In these civilizations, most ascended ones were males. In those patriarchal societies females would not get the protection and assistance that was vital for personal ascension.

Nevertheless, some brave women were able to ascend, but their victory has been kept from the people by the prejudice of a male dominated society. Fortunately, the return of female power is bringing about the balance of masculine and feminine energy, which is vital for Planetary Ascension. In fact, men and women are equal in many of Earth’s current societies.

You are entering an extremely exciting time for which you have prepared during myriad incarnations. You have had your personal ascensions, which allowed you to leave the Earthly wheel of life and death long enough to return to your Homeworld and reconnect with your Multidimensional SELF. However, you pledged to stay with Gaia until Her ascension, so you returned to Earth again.

Dear ascending ones, do not forget that you are not alone and that we are always with you. In fact, we ARE you at a higher frequency. When you can fully connect with your Higher Expressions of SELF, you can allow these higher expressions inside the earth vessel that you are wearing to assist with your full ascension. We can easily be at many locations within the NOW of the ONE.

Keep your eyes and ears open, your mind clear and your consciousness high so that you can accept the assistance that comes to you as you open your Pineal and High Heart Portals. When you open your Pineal Portal you will receive our higher light, and when you open the Portal to your High Heart you will find the love and safety that so necessary to face the unknown.

Most of all, dear ascending ones, love your SELF unconditionally so that you can realize that you are ready to ascend NOW. KNOW that fact beyond a “shred of doubt!” WE are here to remind ALL of you that your fifth dimensional expressions on New Earth are ready to meet you and take residence within your NOW!  In this manner, the YOU on 3D Earth can merge with the YOU on New Earth to become your Multidimensional SELF!

Arcturian Lessons CHAPTER 10

Jefferson: Dear Arcturians, thank you very much for your kindness and love. In the name of my people I am doing the best I can to get as much knowledge as I can. If I ask a question that I have already asked, will you assist me by answering it from a different perspective?

Arcturians: Dear Jeffrees, we would happily do so, as it is one of our primary goals now to assist our grounded ones in remembering their Multidimensional Perceptions. You see, you do not go across space or time to get to the fifth dimension. Fifth dimensional New Earth is right HERE, but it resonates to a higher frequency. Therefore, in order to experience New Earth, you will not GO anywhere. Instead, you will raise your consciousness to the fifth dimension so that you can perceive that you are THERE NOW.

Jefferson: Am I correct in understanding that you are saying that there are two ways in which you can integrate your higher dimensional selves into our society: the Natural Way and Unnatural Way? To my understanding the “natural way” would be that members of a higher dimensional reality send individuals to assist and support progress in lower dimensional realities to better assist in raising their consciousness and, hence, the frequency of their reality. In this instance, the way they would become a part of our world would be through being born as humans who would, hopefully, remember inclinations and dormant understandings of being Arcturian. Then, because of their innate knowledge they would have a propensity to work towards planetary ascension.

Arcturians: It is true that many of us have sent down “copies” of our consciousness into available human earth vessels. We say “copies” because no part of our SELF is sacrificed to inhabit a lower dimensional form. Instead, our essence is merely “copied” and “pasted” into that form, which takes nothing from the original. In fact, if our third dimensional expression of SELF can awaken and re-connect to our Arcturian Group Mind, we can be of great assistance to those who still slumber.

We can also assist Gaia more completely because our form is resonating to the exact frequency as ascending Earth. With the many earth vessels of our grounded ones calibrated to the expanding resonant frequency of ascending Earth, when any person expands their consciousness, that higher frequency of reality nudges the frequency of Gaia into a higher resonance. In the same manner, whenever Gaia raises Her frequency, the forms of our grounded ones, which are attuned to Gaia’s frequency, will also expand.

Jefferson: I see. Can you now address what I call the “unnatural way” to integrate the higher frequency of reality into your physical world? From what I understand, the unnatural way is when individuals from higher dimensional realities directly assist and support our progress of raising our consciousness, as well as the resonant frequency of our reality. However, in this instance, the way they “become part” of our society is through a kind of shape-shifting in which they are born Arcturian but create another form to wear while they are on Earth.

Arcturians: Both of these methods of assisting ascending Earth are being used NOW, especially when the energies of your world are so high and your High Hearts are opening to embrace our unconditional love. If you could see from our perspective just how much your reality has shifted in just a few weeks, you would all be greatly surprised. It is likely best that most of you do not know. If you realized how close to ascension you are now you may not be able to continue to play the 3D Game long enough to complete your full process of assisting Gaia.

Jefferson: How can you be among us and not be perceived? I would think that your higher energies would shine much brighter because of your frequency? In other words, if you are walking among us, why can’t we see you?

Arcturians: Your questions are ones that many of our grounded ones ponder, and we are happy to answer them. As Suzille has written many times: belief sets consciousness—consciousness sets expectations—expectations set perception and the reality you perceive is the reality you live. It is the last part that we will address first:

“The reality you perceive is the reality you live” is the foundation for ascension. As we stated at the beginning of our meeting, calibrating your consciousness to the higher frequencies of reality will allow you to live these realities. Look at one of the busy streets of your cities. On the same block you may have three people within a few yards of each other, all experiencing totally different realities. For example:

The Homeless Person: This person has very little belief that they can even survive, much less ascend into a higher expression of reality. Their consciousness is focused on finding food, shelter and clothing. Therefore, their expectations are calibrated to hone in on those articles of survival.

Upwardly Mobile Person: This person likely believes that they can better their life, but that betterment is focused on monetary and ego needs. Their perceptions are set on ways to make money and attain success. Therefore, their perceptions are also calibrated to the third dimensions, even though it is a higher octave of physical life. This person may believe that they are a human person looking for their Spirit.

Awakening One: On the other hand, a person who is awakening believes that they are Spirit that has temporarily entered a human form to assist with the process of personal and planetary ascension. Because, they are consistently meditating, reading etc. to expand their consciousness, they expect to perceive higher dimensional Beings and welcome their communication. Since they expect that communication, they are constantly calibrating their consciousness to the higher expressions of reality.  Some of them will be clairvoyant and they can easily see the higher dimensional beings. Others are clairaudient and can communicate with us. Some are very clairsentient and they just KNOW that we are among them.

Unfortunately, many of our awakened grounded ones have no one to talk to about their multidimensional experiences. Therefore, they begin to doubt themselves or ignore their experiences because they fear judgment and the loneliness of being different. Fortunately, we have many grounded ones who remember their SELF, as well as their Service. Because of this memory, they are able to have consciousness interactions with us either in our Galactic or Celestial form, or our natural being of light and love. Because of these meetings, especially because of the feeling of unconditional love that is only felt in the higher dimensions, they are able to ground their expanding energies into Earth to assist Gaia. In this manner, they are also allowing Gaia to assist them.

More of our grounded ones are entering this third category everyday. Then, as they awaken, they assist others to awaken too. In this manner, Gaia is attaining critical mass in which more people are awake than asleep. At this point, ascension becomes “normal,” which removes the interfering stigma that has formerly been associated with being awake. Once ascension is normal, many who have kept their experiences to themselves will feel safe enough to share them with others. It is then that your Unity Consciousness will develop. What is impossible for a few individuals is simple for the Unity Consciousness of an entire Planet.

Arcturian Lessons CHAPTER 9

Jefferson:  Dear Arcturians, it has been a long time since we have spoken to one another. From that time to now, do you know of any 3D Arcturians that have visited Earth and connected with Suzille or me, that I can speak to, or that you can speak about?

Arcturians:  Dear Jefrees, we are so joyous to speak with you again. Suzille had to ponder your question overnight to make sure that she was calibrated to our frequency. If she holds any of her personal energy, the communication is not totally ours. This particular question was a challenge for her because she has a personal desire to meet us while still in her physical form. When she awoke this morning, she found she had received our answer in her dream life. That answer is:

We have many Arcturians in the third dimension, but humanity is not aware of them as they have taken on the form of a third dimensional human. That is why there are many "channels" for our words. ALL of these channels are grounded expressions of our Arcturian Family. (For the sake of clarity, we will refer to our grounded ones as "they" when they are actually US) There are many other Arcturians in "human clothing." We think of your parable of a wolf in sheep clothing.

In this case it is an Arcturian in human clothing. Many of them are, indeed, lone wolves, as once they awaken TO their true identity, they feel very alone. In fact, many of them have gone through decades of deep loneliness and sorrow from being cut off from our group mind. Yes, they do not remain cut off forever, but they cannot commune with us instantly and always, as we do in our true form because the frequency of Earth has been so very, very low. These brave Arcturians gave the ultimate sacrifice of leaving the constant comfort and unconditional love our group consciousness to enter into the form of Gaia as one of Her human portals.

We hear your question, dear Jeffrees, regarding our last statement, so we shall explain, "enter into the form of Gaia as one of Her human portals.” Every person, place and thing is a component of Gaia's form. Humans, who are actually the descendants of our Galactic Federation, are to be among the most evolved physical life forms on Earth. Unfortunately, there was great devolution of humanity since the fall of Atlantis, which is why these brave Arcturians took a human form.

At the fall of Atlantis, the darkness was so intense that Gaia was on the verge of death. In response to her call for help, we, as well as many other members of the Galactic Federation, sent members of their society to take a human form in order to assist Gaia. The Sirians sent many of their members into the forms of the cetaceans who are originally from Sirius B. All of these volunteers vowed to stay on Earth until the time of Her ascension, which is NOW. They stayed to be conscious, or unconscious, portals through which we of the higher worlds could send our multidimensional light and unconditional love.

For many, many lifetimes, our grounded ones struggled through the challenges of life in the third dimension. They were so overwhelmed by the hardships of survival that they totally forgot their true nature. Fortunately, they had some lives in which they were able to awake enough to remember their true SELF, but often returned to forgetfulness in others’ incarnations. We remind you again that time is specific to the third and fourth dimensions. Therefore, what you perceive as many separate incarnations over many different timelines, we perceive as many expressions occurring within the NOW.

We wanted to add that sentence for the humans who read this that are still bound to the illusion of time and space. We want to remind you all again that releasing the illusion of time, which then creates space, is the forerunner to your personal and planetary ascension. These ascensions are occurring in your "present" and our omnipresent NOW. Therefore, what appears to be starting to you, has already revealed its successful completion to us. However, we have drifted from our intended storyline.

When we speak through one of our grounded ones, we can feel their human brains working to translate our message, which is received as a flash of the ONE, into the sequential language of earth-bound humanity. Soon, you will not be limited by that communication, as you will instantly receive all communication in the same manner that they are sent to you. However, as we were saying, because of the Flow of the ONE from the Galactic Center that is permeating the body of Gaia, our grounded ones are waking up en-mass. For this reason, there are so many humans "channeling" our message.

Actually, they are NOT channeling their/our message, for they are ONE with the Galactic Families from which they have come. We say "families," for we are all ONE at this frequency of reality. Therefore, we are not "separated" into members of "different" Galactic Beings. Please realize that some of our awakening ones are not communicators. Instead, they are scientists, lawmakers, artists, farmers, healers, etc. etc. In other words, our grounded ones are among all the aspects of your society to best serve the ascension process. As the light grows brighter and brighter, our myriad ascended beings in human clothing will release their disguise, and reveal their true LIGHT to all humanity.

So you see, dear Jeffrees, we are everywhere, but hidden in third dimensional form, including your own cloak of humanity. Once the frequency of your world is free of the illusion of the third/forth dimensions, the costumes will fall away to reveal your true form of Light.

A MESSAGE FROM EL MORYA

I am El Morya. 

I am returned to assist you with the process of being an Ascended Master while you maintain an earth vessel. More and more of you, our wonderful grounded ones, are maintaining a fifth dimensional state of consciousness enough to commune with and integrate your Multidimensional SELF. It is at this time that you can return to the state of being an Ascended Master while holding a clay form. You have volunteered to do so to be a part of the growing group of grounded ones who are remembering how to transmute your carbon earth vessel into your crystalline Lightbody. As you become a Master of that skill, your wisdom, power and love is naturally contributed into the body of Gaia. In this manner, you are assisting Gaia.

In return, Gaia is assisting you, for every time she integrates a higher frequency of light into Her body, it stimulates your 97% DNA to activate the process of transmutation of your form from the third into fifth dimension. I wish to further explain this phenomenon by speaking to you about frequencies of energy. As you travel more and more into the higher dimensions, you will learn that the higher frequencies of the eighth dimension and beyond do not carry a form. The frequency of the energy from the fifth through the seventh dimensional energy activates your multidimensional form, which means that you can simultaneously carry more than one reality. These higher expressions of your self also have multidimensional thinking so that you can be awake in more than one reality.

All multidimensional light enters your opened Third Eye and High Heart. As the energy enters your High Heart, your multidimensional emotions—specifically your unconditional love—are activated, as well. Hence, these higher frequency energies facilitate your powers of manifestation. The multidimensional light assists you to hold a thought in your earth vessel, then run that thought up into the higher dimensions where the unconditional love binds molecules of life with its great power of cohesiveness and creation. You needn’t worry about your negative, low frequency thoughts moving into the higher worlds for they only resonate to the third and fourth dimension. However, these higher dimensional energies will highlight thoughts, emotions and behaviors that will need to be released in order for you to flash your carbon vessel into Lightbody.

Fortunately, since you are working in tandem with Gaia who is transmuting Her energies to that of the fifth dimension and beyond, when you ground your consciousness in Her body of Earth, it calibrates your vibration to that of the ascending planet. Furthermore, when you merge with Gaia, you tune into the growing mass of multidimensional thoughts and emotions from all the other grounded members of Earth who are, also, Ascended Masters with a clay form. All of you are in the process of learning to perceive daily life through the higher perspective of your Multidimensional SELF. 

The more you allow your “imagination” to see that which is beyond the perception of your clay form, the more you will activate your multidimensional abilities. Trust what you are experiencing and release the old programing of a frightened and controlled 3D world that said that it was crazy, wrong, unscientific or blasphemy to perceiver the higher realities You are moving into the fifth dimension now and all the rules under which you lived your 3D life are extinct. If you focus now on exploring and practicing your expanded abilities, as well as stay in contact with your higher dimensional guides and expression of SELF, your ascension process will become a normal process of what you have been doing already.

Therefore, listen to the voice within above all others and run everything through your High Heart. If it does not feel right, don’t proceed further. If it feels like love, move into and embrace that energy field, experience, person etc. In closing, remember that YOU can talk to any of us in the higher frequencies of reality. Just call upon our assistance, and we will joyfully assist and/or instruct you. After all, you are our family that lives in a lower frequency. We happily await the return of that family, YOU, with open hearts. Of course, we know you are coming here, for in our reality, you have never left.

PLANETARY STAGES

January 7, 2012 GOF Lecture

Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. 2012 is here. Congratulations, for you have made it to this pivotal year of planetary healing. We have called 2011 the Year of the Planetary Healer, and now we are calling 2012 the Year of Planetary Healing. That is to say, this year will mark an intensification of all efforts for healing the Earth. The main tool for healing a planet is based on biorelativity. There are new technologies for biorelativity that will be manifesting on your planet. We have travelled to many different planetary systems in the Milky Way Galaxy. We have noted other planets that are third- dimensional like the Earth that have reached this stage of development. Some people have listed five stages of planetary development. The Earth in this five-stage structure would be on stage two. Stage two has to do with the ability to leave the planet and go into outer space and go into other dimensions and meet other planetary beings. The conflicts inherent in stage two, though, are very strong and also dangerous. The reason is that the technology to develop the ability to leave a planet's atmosphere also is tied inextricably to the technology of weapons, the technology of propulsion systems. This includes the technology of antimatter, antigravity and nuclear energy. Every planetary system that is in this stage of development known as stage two has suffered the hardships related to the possibility of destroying themselves. The Earth is in that same quandary as we are speaking. There is also something even more unique about the Earth and relates to how the Earth is dealing with this planetary crisis, this planetary evolution. The Earth is becoming aware as a planet that there are limited resources. The Earth as a planet is also suffering from overpopulation. There are many reasons why this is occurring. One result for all of the overpopulation and the extended population is the destruction and overuse of many of the Earth's natural resources. This greatly affects the biosphere. Planets that go through stage three or reach stage three have resolved this crisis. Planets that have reached stage three are no longer struggling with the issues of self-destruction. Self-destruction is one of the major issues facing the planet and facing humanity at this moment. I am sure that each of you would be so relieved to know at some point that the Earth can and will resolve phase two and no longer have to deal with the conflicts of self-destruction. Planets in stage three do not have overpopulation. Planets at stage three do not worry about destruction of the biosphere, pollution and overuse of the resources. Planets at stage three do not worry about the biosphere collapsing. However, the planets in stage two, like the Earth, have all of these issues. How much closer is the Earth to resolving any of the issues that we are dealing with and that we are discussing? I know that scientifically there are many advances that are now possible by certain governments. Some of these advances have to do with the overcoming of propulsion problems, and also some of the new scientific research has reached a level of being able to break the dimensional barrier. The next frontier, as you like to say, is not space. The next frontier is breaking the dimensional barrier, because when you break the dimensional barrier, then mankind can travel interdimensionally, then he can go anywhere in the universe. The scientific and planetary technology of space travel using interdimensional devices is a lot closer than many of you might imagine. There are devices and craft on this planet that have already experimented with hyperspace. Hyperspace is the linkages between dimensions. If you want to travel interdimensionally to another planet, you must go through hyperspace. Travelling through hyperspace will allow you to go from the third dimension to another part of the galaxy or in another part of the universe. There are problems in allowing a planet to travel through hyperspace that is still struggling with great difficulty in stage two. There are many difficulties in allowing such a planet to have the technology to travel into hyperspace. The reasons are obvious, but I will mention them again. Planets in stage two that travel into hyperspace usually wish to bring their military weaponry into the dimensional corridors and to their destinations in other parts of the galaxy. This would mean bringing, for example, nuclear technology and nuclear weaponry. Planets in stage two that do travel in hyperspace also may bring other problems, such as the tendency to overuse resources and the inability to communicate spiritually with the planets that they are visiting. This is another way of saying that planetary beings that do travel through hyperspace should have an understanding and an ability to practice biorelativity. Remember, the planets that pass from stage two to stage three have all practiced biorelativity successfully. The other main issue of stage-two planets is linked and can be described totally in terms of biorelativity. Biorelativity is the awareness of the biosphere of the planet and how a species can interact successfully with that planetary energy field. Thus, biorelativity and the principles of biorelativity cover all of the aspects of pollution, overuse of natural resources and also the relationship of a planet to galactic energies and galactic shifts. We are all aware that the dangers to a stage-two planet like the Earth are not solely related to destruction of the planet by Man's actions. There are energetic forces in your solar system and in the galaxy that could be considered threatening to the Earth's biosphere. For example, gamma ray pulsing, supernova explosions of nearby stars, and most important, asteroids that are on irregular paths and meteorites that are on irregular paths, could pose a severe threat to all life on the Earth. Please, when you are considering the principles of biorelativity in a stage-two planet such as the Earth, include the planet's relationship to the forces of the galaxy and the forces in the solar system. Planets who transcend the stage two and go to stage three do develop the technology and the skills scientifically to protect their planet from the forces of nature that exist in the galaxy and in their solar system. Earth at this time does not have the advancements necessary to protect itself from such extraplanetary catastrophes. You are reading perhaps of plans for being able to divert stray meteorites or irregular orbital asteroids from the Earth. Earth scientists have learned that asteroid strikes could be devastating to the Earth, such as what has occurred in western Siberia, Russia, in 1908, known as the Tunguska Event. (Author's note: a massive explosion occurred near the Tunguska River in 1908 which flattened over 770 miles of forest. The force of the explosion was the equivalent of 1,000 atomic bombs.). Meteor strikes could be catastrophic for large areas of the planet. Certainly, a meteor the size of a football field directly striking the Earth could be more devastating to the planet than ten nuclear bombs. Remember, in the astronomical world, density of objects is as important as the mass of an object. Even a small object that is perhaps of insignificant size from your perspective, could pose a major threat to a planet if that object also has a very high density. Biorelativity has to include the planet's ability to self-regulate both on the planet and outside of the planet. There are potential dangerous forces outside of the planet in outer space. There are many examples of planets that approached stage two or were in stage two and did not make it. There are numerous examples of planets and civilizations that struggled with similar problems and similar conflicts and similar polarities as the Earth. Remember, we refer to the Earth's situation as a cosmic drama. We refer to this situation as a cosmic drama for several reasons. The main reason is that this drama that you are now witnessing has occurred repeatedly in the universe and even in our galaxy. The second reason we call it a cosmic drama is because of the players. The universe and the galaxy are in an advanced level of development which means that there is a long history in this galaxy of other planets and other species. These other planets and other species have migrated into the Earth's karmic system. There are various reasons why souls and beings from other planets have come into the Earth system. They are the same reasons why you as starseeds have come to the Earth - to learn soul lessons and to be of service. Many of you as starseeds have had experiences on other planets. The Earth even thousands of years ago in the time of Atlantis was also struggling with a similar cosmic drama. This is the drama of a second-stage planet. The Atlanteans struggled with whether those people in that civilization could resolve the crisis so that the Atlantean culture would be able to survive and sustain the planet. Planetary beings migrate to other third-dimensional planets for karmic reasons and for reasons related to service to that planet and service to the Galactic Council. We talk about the karmic reasons for beings coming to the Earth. There are planets that have struggled in this stage of development that you are now in. If those planets did not successfully resolve the crisis, then that planet ended. But the people and souls on that planet still have a soul evolution. Their soul evolution will require searching for planetary systems of similar compositions and similar problems. In the idea of cosmic karma, you wait and look for the proper situation in which you can incarnate successfully to a similar unresolved circumstance. Let me give you another example. Many of the scientists from Atlantis were involved in super-development of high-level technology. Unfortunately that technology led to the destruction of the continent. Now, many of those Atlantean scientists have reincarnated onto to the Earth and have been participating in the scientific and military technology of advanced countries here on the planet. They are living in the same situation that they experienced in Atlantis, and they are now being confronted with similar problems. One of those similar problems might be summarized like this: "Shall I participate in this technology that could lead to the destruction not only of other countries but the destruction of the entire planet?"      There is a concept among German psychologists called the repetition compulsion which states that people who have early traumas in their life seek for soul learning purposes circumstances and experiences of repeating those traumas. They repeat the circumstances until they can find a way to resolve them. This repetition compulsion exists in the galaxy, and it can be found in the cosmic karmic circumstances in which many people find themselves in now. That is to say that many souls and spirits who have unresolved karma with the level stage-two planets have come now to the Earth to repeat the same problem and to hopefully find a higher resolution. Unfortunately, there are no guarantees when a soul is faced with a repetitive problem such as defined in the repetition compulsion. There is no guarantee that they will always make the right decision. They could repeat exactly the same mistakes. You have seen that already many times on the Earth. I know that you have even seen this in your own personal karma when you tend to repeat problems until they either get resolved or unfortunately, cause more deep conflicts and more complicated problems.      Many divergent extraplanetary souls are coming to the Earth. There are so many higher beings watching this drama. Higher beings, such as on the Galactic Council, want to see what it takes for a planet to go through stage two and resolve it. The Galactic Council, which also includes the Arcturians, for we are on the Galactic Council, wants to understand in a better way, what has to happen for such a cosmic drama to be resolved.      There are many issues for a Galactic Council. The Galactic Council knows direct intervention in the planetary system can only be done in a very careful way. We know that it is possible for a direct intervention by any being, whether they are higher dimensional or even on the same dimension. But any planetary intervention can also incur karma on those who are intervening. You can also see that there is a karmic cycle for the Galactic Council, and that karmic cycle or issue has to do with the nature of the problem that you are going through. What role can a Galactic Council successfully play to ensure the overall well-being and successful evolution of a stage-two planet into a stage-three planet? And, how many interventions can be done without incurring undue karma? That is why the Galactic Council is committed to ascension and committed to the concepts inherent in the ascension process.      One of the major concepts in the ascension process is Grace. Grace can be defined as the suspension of karma so that there can be a heightened evolution and release of old patterns. Just think of how important it is to release the karma that is involved in a stage-two planetary system like the Earth which is close to self-destruction.      Yes, I repeat, the Earth as a stage-two planet is close to self-destruction. Some people can even say that enough actions have been done that it is karmically inevitable that the Earth will destroy itself, or that humanity as a species will destroy itself. I want to emphasize that it is also possible to destroy the planet. There has been some discussion about this in previous lectures. Some people think, well, the Earth will survive no matter what Man does. The belief is that the Earth will survive. That simply is not true. We have seen cases where planets have totally blown themselves up. This has even happened in some of the satellite planets in the Arcturian star system where a planet became involved in antimatter technology and also became involved in conflicts with other planetary systems from other solar systems. The planets were totally destroyed. I want to emphasize, totally. We are not talking about life as you know it being destroyed. We are not talking about an ice age or a nuclear winter. We have observed planets that have been totally destroyed.      In fact, there are wandering colonies in the galaxy. These wandering colonies consist of higher beings that at one time were living on a planet. They knew that their planet was going to be destroyed through their psychic abilities and were able to develop the means of survival through space colonization and space travel. They became a species without a planet. I think that there are myths and there are also stories in your ancient histories and even in your current histories about such planets.      One of them is the Tenth Planet. It has also been called the Twelfth Planet, the X Planet. The people have described this, such as through the work of astroarcheologist Zecharia Sitchin, who said that this was an actual tenth planet that was in the solar system. This planet came back into the Earth at a certain number of years and was supposed to be coming back. From an astronomical perspective, this is very unlikely that an actual planet could be gravitationally bound to your Sun and have an elliptical orbit that would be once in every 2,000 to 3,000 years. The only way that it would actually occur is if the planet was traveling interdimensionally.      What I am suggesting to you is that this Planet X, this tenth planet, is actually a space colony, a wandering spaceship-like planet. Wandering planet would not be the correct words, but the remnant of a wandering system which people have colonized and moved into an orbit around the solar system. That would explain why your astronomers have not been able to find that, because of its small size. Certainly if there were a tenth planet orbiting the Sun on such an orbit, the astronomers would have probably discovered it. Of course, you know that your solar system is huge, and it can be as long as one light year, which is an enormous distance. Given that enormous distance, there would be areas that still have not been discovered.      I just want to make sure you understand that the planet can be destroyed. In fact, the scientists and the people involved in Atlantis were karmically involved in other planets in which there was destruction of the planet. It is not a pleasant thing to experience or witness. I also wanted to refer to some myths that have come into your culture and your technology, such as the myth of Superman and the fact that his planet was destroyed. Even though this was a science fiction, comic-book type of myth, it is part of the collective unconscious. It is part of your archetypal, collective unconscious which has access to the collective unconscious of the galaxy. That is another way of saying that this is in reference to real things that have occurred in different parts of the galaxy.      Remember that there is a collective unconscious for humanity; there is a collective unconscious for the Earth, and there is also a galactic collective unconscious. You as starseeds are able to access all levels. I know that some of you have studied and have received messages in your dream world that are rooted in the collective unconscious and the galactic collective unconscious.      The Galactic Council does not want to see planets destroy themselves. The Galactic Council does not want to see the Earth destroy itself. The Galactic Council knows that is a danger. There are measures as planetary workers and healers that you can take to prevent this.      That is why we want to more directly focus on the technology of biorelativity. We want to speak about the new manifestations of biorelativity. 2012 is a year in which the biorelativity must be practiced at its highest possible level. We have sought to prepare and teach each of you the techniques of biorelativity. These techniques include the ability to telepathically communicate to the spirit of planet Earth.      I want to talk about telepathic communication, and I want to compare this to your immune systems. I want to compare it to the concept of how your immune systems can be strengthened. The Earth has an immune system. There are many parallels between your energy field and the Earth's. The Earth has an aura and you have an aura. The Earth has an electromagnetic field; you have an electromagnetic field. You might be surprised to hear us talk about the immune system of the Earth. A planet needs an immune system?      Let me talk briefly about your immune system. There are numerous viruses, numerous pathogens that are more plentiful than you would even imagine. The issue is not how to keep the viruses, bacteria and pathogens away from your immune system, but rather the real issue is to make sure that your immune system is strong enough so that those pathogens do not destroy you.      You know that two people can be exposed to the same pathogen, yet one will get a disease and one will not get it. The difference is based on the strength of the immune system. One of the key evolutionary stages which mankind must go through is now being measured by the strength of the immune system. This immune system in Man is now being compromised on many levels. These include high electromagnetic radiation impulses, also pollutants and an unusual amount of chemical toxins on your foods, in your air and in many other places. I can say that many people's immune systems now are compromised. The reason is that you have not evolved enough to deal with such deviations. These new inputs of pesticides and chemical toxins and high levels of radiation are only one generation, maybe two generations old. Your own evolution has not been able to keep up with that dramatic change. Your immune systems are highly complex and highly capable, and they will be able eventually to deal with such high levels of pollution, but genetically not within one or two lifetimes.      The Earth also has an immune system. One of the purposes of an immune system, in both the Earth and on an individual level, is to maintain a certain homeostasis. The homeostasis for the Earth can be measured in terms of the biosphere and the level of biospheric life forms and other complex interactions with the environment that allow numerous life forms to exist.      You are witnessing in this lifetime one of the most fantastic levels of biospheric development in the history of the Earth. I know that there were periods where there had been other life on the Earth. There have been periods where there have been other civilizations that are prehistoric to yours. This level of biodiversity that you have witnessed in your lifetime is the most major achievement that this planet has accomplished.      The Earth as a planet has an inherent system which I refer to as the immune system. This immune system seeks to keep the homeostasis through a feedback loop system that allows the biodiversity to continue to exist. That is a revolutionary concept. Maybe you find it obvious. If you think about this, there are many implications. The first implication is that the Earth has an evolutionary path, and the second implication is the Earth has achieved one of its highest evolutionary stages during your lifetime. That evolutionary stage is measured at the biodiversity level that you have seen. The third thought is that the Earth as a planet, as a living planet, seeks to maintain this homeostasis through a feedback loop system so that this level of biodiversity can occur.      Biorelativity states exactly these rules, that the Earth has this level of homeostasis and wants to keep it. It wants to keep this level of oxygen. It wants to keep a certain level of biodiversity. When things happen to the Earth that diminish these necessities, for example, then the Earth can make a readjustment so that the old homeostasis can be reformulated with some changes. That means that there is a level of flexibility in the Earth. The Earth can tolerate a certain amount of greenhouse gases and still maintain the level of biodiversity that you see. The Earth can tolerate a certain level of radiation and filter it out.      But, the Earth has limits. The Earth as a planet has limits. Its ability to maintain homeostasis has limits. The Earth can be helped to make its ability to respond and maintain a homeostasis. The Earth can be helped by Man. The Earth can respond to Man. The Earth has flexibility in its ability to maintain a homeostasis. The Earth can continue to allow this level of biodiversity. The Earth can be influenced by Man's thoughts and by Man's telepathy and through the principles of biorelativity. That is to say, you as a practitioner of biorelativity, have the ability to bring in certain energies and certain thought patterns. You can send certain energies and thought patterns to the spirit of the Earth, and those thought patterns can be used by the Earth to help her respond in a more flexible way to the drastic changes that are occurring. Therefore, the Earth can make the necessary adaptations to ensure that the level of biodiversity can be sustained. This approach also recognizes the fact that the Earth wants to hold this level.      One key to this level of biorelativity intervention is based on the Arcturian concept of holographic energy and also holographic, telepathic biorelativity intervention. It is called HBI, or holographic biorelativity intervention.      The thought forms that you in your third-dimensional state can access are still limited to the causal laws of cause and effect and third-dimensional rules. Holographic energy states that there are levels in the system that are transcending the dimensions, that are in the fifth dimension. There is in existence a fifth-dimensional Earth in the future. There is an existence of an Earth that has resolved all these problems, and we call this the holographic fifth-dimensional Earth.      Many of you speak even now of the fifth-dimensional Earth. The energy in that future Earth can be accessed telepathically and through biorelativity and brought into the spirit of the third- dimensional Earth to help the Earth maintain a biodiversity and to maintain a homeostatic balance. The Earth wants to survive, and the Earth wants to have this ability to maintain this homeostatic level intact.      I am asking you now to, in your prophetic vision, in your Third Eye, project and see this fifth- dimensional holographic Earth. (Tones OOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHhh.) See a fifth- dimensional Earth in which the stage-two issues have been resolved, and the Earth is moving into stage three. See a fifth-dimensional Earth in which there is total strength in the Earth's immune system and that the Earth's biorelativity, the ability to maintain itself in full biodiversity, remains intact. See on this fifth-dimensional Earth, there are starseeds like yourself, who are working to send their higher thoughts and communications to this fifth-dimensional Earth. Hold that visualization of such an Earth in your mind. Now, see in your Third Eye the third-dimensional Earth that you so well know. You are experts on the third-dimensional Earth. You know what is going on in this planet. You know all the problems that are occurring, the destructions of the biodiversity and all the other issues related to planetary survival. See that third-dimensional planet Earth as it now exists also. Project both images of these planets on a huge screen like in a theater. See the fifth-dimensional Earth in all the glory and see the third-dimensional Earth as you now know it. You are going to be the link between the fifth-dimensional Earth and the third-dimensional Earth. You are going to be the link that is going to help telepathically connect the knowledge, the energies of the fifth-dimensional Earth, to the third-dimensional Earth.      On the count of three, I would like you to visualize the energies of the fifth-dimensional Earth, which are existing in the holographic future, merge with the energies of the third-dimensional Earth. You, as a biorelativity practitioner, can hold this energy, and the Earth will receive it.      We will go into silent meditation on the count of three. One, two - and remember now, see these two images coming together in your mind on the screen - three....      This is a powerful, interactive biorelativity exercise using the holographic fifth-dimensional Earth and its energies and transferring those energies into the third-dimensional Earth. Acknowledge and think that the third-dimensional Earth will be able to use this telepathic link and communication. Also, you are sharing; you are teaching the Earth that she is going to be emerging into her fifth dimension. In the Earth's fifth-dimensional light, she will have new powers in her immune system. She will have powers in her ability to maintain homeostatic energies that are far beyond what now she has.      Earth will graduate and become a stage-three planet. I am Juliano. Good day.
