The Flower of Life is an ancient sacred geometry symbol and template delivered to humanity from the Universe of the Creator. Often used to represent the connection of all souls within the source of the Creator upon the inner planes, this symbol was given to humanity as a reminder of their inner plane existence and oneness with the Creator. The symbol or template of light reminds humanity of the eternal peace and love between all beings as well as the presence of the Creator within all. Meditating gazing upon or imagining the Flower of Life can bring forth this message and so much more inspiration to awaken your Godly/ Creator remembrance, which is the innocence and truth of your being.

The Flower of Life symbol and energetic template has always been shared between civilisations upon the inner planes however, we the Andromedans are bringing forth an awakening instigated by the power of this symbol for those on the Earth and the inner planes. We wish to further awaken the energies of peace, love and unity within all in order to create a boost in the presence of the Creator.

We, the Andromedans have accessed the Flower of Life template which exists within the core energy of our consciousness as a civilisation to bring forth a template born from our unity with the Creator. Every soul whether on the Earth or the inner planes holds the Flower of Life energetic template and symbol within their energy and being, we wish to activate this into manifestation. Recognising and manifesting our Flower of Life or more appropriately Flower of Light symbol we then begun the process of sharing our Flower of Life born from our energies with other souls throughout the universe of the Creator. We invited each soul to take the Flower of Life into their heart chakras through a specific practice of receiving. As the symbol rested in their heart chakras it transformed merging with their own Creator presence. Not only did the symbol gift the soul necessary wisdom, keys, light an d love, it also shared the purpose and meaning of the symbol, thus awakened peace, love and unity within the soul to boost their Creator presence. As the energetic symbol was passed from soul to soul and from civilisation to civilisation it grew in radiance and energetic strength becoming profoundly awakening, healing and inspirational for those who connect with it. The symbol is now manifesting akin to a treasure chest of Creator energy and wisdom, while also acting as a key of transformation. The symbol of the Flower of Life vibrated the power of the Creator into manifestation. This symbol no longer holds and represents our energy instead the energy of so many diverse loving aspects of the Creator within the Universe of the Creator.

Now it is time for the Flower of Life energetic template to be transmitted to humanity to create a powerful awakening of remembrance within all who are willing to receive. The purpose of those upon the Earth is to receive the template and to deliver it to other beings to build the power of the template and the power of peace, love and unity within all. We recognise that the template is creating additional light within souls thus allowing and encouraging the return of all aspects of the Creator to oneness and harmony. As a member of humanity we wish to invite you to receive the Flower of Life template as well as consciously gifting it to others. You may gift it to other human beings by sharing the technique and then encouraging them to experience the download in their own time. Alternatively, you can gift the template to plants, trees, animals, in truth any form of being with conscious ness, this process can be achieved through your own visualisation and intentions either during meditation or as you go about your daily routine.

Receiving the Flower of Life

Say out loud, ‘My intention is to receive the Flower of Life originally gifted by the Andromedans within my heart chakra with the purpose of further awakening the Creator’s energy of peace, love and unity within my being. I wish to receive into my heart chakra and consciousness the appropriate wisdom, Creator consciousness, light and love which has already been collected within the energetic template. Simultaneously I wish to anchor the truth of my soul into the Flower of Life so that it may add to the Creator consciousness it is forming as, continuing to assist and heal others. I wish to awaken to the light, love and consciousness of the Creator as well as receiving a deep profound healing. Thank you for this sacred service and for supporting me in being of service.’

Breathe deeply and allow your intention to settle within and around you.

Say out loud, ‘I now call upon the most appropriate being of light and love from the universe of the Creator to gift me the Flower of Life, thank you.’

Imagine, sense or acknowledge a being or light consciousness at your left side. Let your palm chakra of your left hand turn to the sky. You will receive the Flower of Life template and energy through your left palm chakra. Let it rest in your palm chakra for a few moments as you become aware of the energy and visualise or sense the Flower of Life symbol.

Inhale deeply, imagine, sense or acknowledge the symbol flowing up your left arm to rest in your heart chakra.

Inhale and exhale as if through your heart chakra becoming aware of the energy of the symbol, its influence upon your being and the awakening it inspires from within you. Know you are also energising the symbol with your own sacred divinity.

When you feel the process is complete allow the symbol to move from your heart chakra down your right arm to rest in your right palm chakra.

Say out loud, ‘I invite the most appropriate being of light to come forth to receive the gift of the Flower of Life from my being.’

A being will step forth to receive the gift, it may be a person you know in energetic form from your current reality, a guide or an unknown being of light. Let the Flower of Life continue its journey. Take time to be peaceful, breathing deeply and contemplating the energy shifts and awakenings that have taken place within your being.

The practice of receiving the Flower of Life we have shared with you is essential as it has a powerful influence upon your brain and mind. Receiving with your left hand symbolises that you are opening the creative and limitless aspect of your mind to embrace the Creator, as the Flower of Life represents the Creator. You then gift the Flower of Life with your right hand symbolising that the energy of the template has been received and merged with the logical part of your mind, thus as the template leaves your being through your right palm chakra you are honouring yourself as a complete and whole aspect of the Creator at the current vibration of your being.

 Further expansion and acceptance of the Creator can be experienced from this state of being and recognition within you. One of the many purposes of receiving the symbol in this way is to merge the spiritual with the logical, therefor e the inner planes with the physical reality as well as illusion with truth, thus an experience of Creator awakening is born.

This practice is a gift from us the Andromedans, we are star beings, the symbol will also enhance your trust in connecting with star beings and aspects of the Creator beyond the Earth to create a deep seated sense of unity, harmony and peace which not only is embedded within the energetic structure of the Earth and humanity, it is also distributed throughout the entire universe of the Creator.

We, the Andromedans are present to be of loving service to humanity, we are supporting the alignment of the Earth with Venus to become a planet of love throughout the year of 2016. We are also offering to humanity healing, inspiration and tools of awakening to encourage all to move into the Era of Remembrance; a time of tremendous conscious awareness of the Creator. Please call upon our consciousness and high vibrational light to support you in any areas of your spiritual evolution. The expansion you experience will alter the Earth and consciousness of humanity thus creating profound awakenings within many as well as instigating memories of yourself as the Creator.  You may wish to sit in meditation and invite yourself to be aware as you ask yourself these questions: Am I willing to remember the Creator? What is limiting me from remembering the Creator? How can I more fully remem ber the Creator which resides within me? The insights you receive will support your inner expansion and so your further connection with the Flower of Life.

The time has come when you must prepare to take action.

This is our loving advise to you. It is about you acting now without fail for the betterment and unity of your world which begins within. 

It is wise to no longer hesitate deciding NOW what your own future and thereby the future of your planet and of humanity will be, or better - should be, because you are the co-creators of your own destiny, surrendered to Divine Will.

Although this is not a new idea, most of you still deny your creative powers, presuming - or rather pretending that you are mere endurers of somebody else's destiny or what they decide what should be your future.

We ask you to look inside your heart, without delay, and discover your true impulses, not those that an artificial social belief and value system has forced upon you, but those that are truly your very own and unique impulses, you are here to fulfill in this incarnation.

To contribute your part, by participating in the great and beautiful human musical accord of human sanctity.

You, the majority of humanity, have forgotten, who you are. Rise now, allowing in every moment the message of your heart to govern you life. Even if in the beginning this inner voice and power of knowing is weak, please follow it, test the waters and it will become stronger every day.

It must happen now. And you have always known that you were destined to live an inspired and happy life from inside out, no matter what. But you despaired at one time and since believed that you have been in error and gave up.

Your outer world is the mirror of that. Your doubt in love was your fall. 

                              

Understand now that this was not your fault but consider it to be a test, how far you would go in your trust and self-love, how strong your love was. You did not lose, you only made experiences, to understand love better and your own Divine Self, when you consciously would return to It, knowing what Love and Self-Hood is not.

Not waking up now to your true Self and Divine Authority and taking the destiny of your race and planet into your own hands, would delay your freedom to a later time, as it then would seem you still need more time to explore your prison and seeming helplessness, to experience more of  lethargy and your choice to passively be governed by those with a will.

You are now tested whether you want to be alive and demonstrate that life is a creative process in which you participate in unity with your creator that is your Eternal Self.

This is all about the Breakthrough of the Eternal One in His own form that appeared to separate itself for a time from its Source.

When the Great Moment of universal Sacred Union comes, when Source and Creation snap together in a second's moment to truly become One – your world will turn around, changed forever, as the Great Mover resumed His governing Force in all creation, and in the consciousness of mankind.

When you begin to see yourself again as a part of the Great Happening that is the Universal Consciousness, this is because you remember Yourself as a Force of Love and Joy. In this moment you no longer will allow to be held captive by limiting forces of weakness, but recognize the Divine Power that desires to become active in you.

As long as you believe the whispering of the seducer that you are separate from the Whole, you have not understood Yourself. And it is actually your false identity that you must question now to awaken from your mortal dream of being merely flesh. To awaken from your false belief that you are just compressed and dense frequency and nothing more.

There are so many more levels of existence that are making up your true humanness that is Mere and Unlimited Consciousness. When you are willing to re-discover them, you will take into your hands again your Divine Destiny. And like a Giant who wakes up from the dream, all chains he wore in his sleep break, to give room to infinite inspired movement and freedom.

Do not despair. Because the Divine always moves to Victory, as It always Wins.

THE ARCTURIAN GROUP MESSAGE....

JANUARY 24,2016 Dear ones, we come in love with greetings to all of you who are working so hard to assimilate the new energies now pouring into you and your dear planet, Gaia. As you are well aware, these are times of change and questioning. Everything you once held as true and unchangeable seems to be dissolving around you with replacements that do not seem to be much of an improvement. As the old concepts and beliefs dissolve, new and better ways will/must appear but understand that those guiding the changes are often themselves struggling to see and understand the bigger picture. Send Light to the leaders of all governments and when voting be guided by your intuition and not media hype or perceived personal benefit. Vote for the candidate best qualified to bring forth a new and higher sense of governance that serves all people and not the candidate who refuses to acknowledge or move beyond ideas reflective of what is quickly becoming old and obsolete. Some are called to simply be still and hold Light for the world, while others are called to do hands on- feet running, work. Both are necessary, both are serving as Light workers, and neither is more spiritual than the other. The garbage man who carries away your trash with love and friendliness is a Light worker. Every seemingly mundane action of daily living when done with love is Light work. Know that in truth you only serve your Self, for there are no "others". Let go of any concepts you may still hold regarding the belief that only those who teach, heal, or channel are Light workers. Unconditional Love must be lived on all levels--this is what you came to earth to learn. Examine and release any remaining concepts you may still hold about love. This is easily done through remembering that unconditional love is simply the activity that flows from a consciousness of ONE and then examine your belief system by this standard. It is not necessary to know the all the how or whys, it is only necessary to live ordinary everyday moments from a place of oneness and connection and soon this will be your attained state of consciousness. There are those who are the essence of unconditional love and yet seem to have no intellectual knowledge or even seeming interest in spiritual truth. These souls attained their state of consciousness in previous lifetimes and are now simply living their lives from that place. When truth becomes your state of consciousness, it becomes who you are and there is no longer any need to even think about it. This is evolution. Learn not to place limitations or qualifiers on love and release all beliefs regarding your or others worthiness to be loved. Patting the dog who doesn't get much attention, holding the door for someone who needs it, or giving an honest compliment to a child or adult with low self esteem are actions of unconditional love. Conditional love is what the world is most familiar with. "This person is not worthy of love." or "If you act, dress, look, or behave in a certain way, then I will love you." Many in the quest to be loved, surrender personal power in exchange for so called "love". Conditional love still predominates in relationships of all sorts including many marriages. There comes a point in every soul journey where the individual must embrace and begin to practice the higher sense of Love--unconditional love-- or the spiritual journey can go no further because unconditional love reflects a realization of Oneness, the foundation of all truth and goal of the journey. You have all had the experience of feeling cranky and down hearted and then feeling a lift when someone you may have not even know very well, patted your hand, spoke a few kind words, or simply smiled. This is unconditional love and always flows without care or interest as to whether or not the receiver was "worthy" or even interested. Unconditional love becomes automatic after attaining a consciousness's of oneness and often goes un-noticed until the individual begins to realize that the "should's" and "musts" have disappeared from his thinking and daily living seems to hold a new sense of joy. This new state of consciousness has become who you are--you are your state of consciousness. The whole spiritual journey is one of remembering who and what you are, and each truth integrated and lived, becomes your state of consciousness until there is no longer need to practice, read, study, search, for you simply are it, IT is living you. Divine Consciousness is and never can be limited in any way because IT is all there is. Many still hold to the belief that ordinary human experiences are not spiritual. Everything "ordinary" is every bit as spiritual as the things society has deemed to be "spiritual". Individual consciousness interprets outer appearances, so as you evolve and begin to understand that nothing is or can exist outside of the ONE, you will begin to see the world and have experiences that reflect that. There comes a time when all the seeking and searching must end. Many of you are already there but you do not trust this and continue to seek and search outside of yourselves in the belief that you are "not there yet". It is time to live truth. You already know what you need to know and more intellectual knowledge will not change that. As you begin to actually live truth, more is always given and comes when you least expect it. You may be mowing the lawn or washing dishes when suddenly a truth, insight, creative idea, or something relating to your work, interest, or need is revealed. This is how you learn to be taught from within with no middle man to add his/her concepts about the issue. It is time to move past always seeking answers from outside of yourselves. You are ready and able to get whatever information and answers you need from within. The only thing holding many of you back from doing this is the belief that you are not worthy, spiritual, or evolved enough. As long as you believe that you are just a limited human, you never will be worthy, spiritual, or evolved. Ponder seriously and honestly what you still hold regarding who and what you are. The answers to all things that concern you lie within. Do not label your inner work "for spiritual answers only". A consciousness that knows self completeness to be SELF COMPLETENESS will begin to manifest this in ways that represent completeness for him--the surgeon won't get ideas for a car repair unless it is something he is seeking. An artist may find himself guided to paint in new and creative ways. A hair stylist may begin to get images of the perfect style for each client. The scientist will get insights he could never have imagined when working simply with scientific facts already known. It is Infinite... Ideas may come visually and powerfully, but more often come simply as a "knowing" about some facet of your life, or something you have been seeking more insight into. Individuals must learn to be more still if they are to hear this still small voice, which is why so many deny that there even is a "still, small voice". Anyone going through each day hooked to phones and other electronic devises will never hear the still small voice. Anyone serious about their spiritual growth must learn to be still. Make it a habit to have a quiet time each day where you can be uninterrupted and spend time simply pondering truth, and then resting it for about 10 or 15 minutes. This need not be long, just long enough for you to center, and make a conscious connection with your Self. It is during this time that you state your intentions and choices, always then allowing time to simply listen. Prayer is you talking to God and is often preying not praying. Mediation is a quiet and centered receptivity. Never believe you have failed if you hear nothing, or do not have the same experiences someone else may of had, for the action of sitting quietly and listening indicates to your Higher Self that you are ready for more, seeking, and receptive--you have started the process. Make time during the day and even at night when you wake up to simply be still for a second or two--closing your eyes, focusing on your Divinity within, and just listening. You are all well along the Way or would you would not be resonating with these messages. Know that, trust that, live that, believe that, and be that. We are the Arcturian Group 1/24/16

In this article I describe what this means in general as well as how it may apply to key relationships in your life. I will show you how pretty much everything wonderful you want to manifest this year is contingent upon your mastery of relationships. In fact, I will describe how harmonizing even one key relationship could be significant in changing your whole life. Personal Level - A Key Relationship Let's begin with the significance of a key relationship - a partner, family member, or other person who tends to push your buttons. Most likely one comes to mind immediately. Everyone has at least one. I suggest for the purposes of this inquiry, focusing on the one key person who leaves you feeling the most exasperated. Your feelings of irritation can come from just thinking about this person - even if you seldom see him or her. The "troublesome" person can even be long gone. It's not uncommon to carry anger and grudges towards people for many years after they have passed, too - the mind is powerful and it can keep any battle going if you allow it. For most people, the key button-pushing relationship at the core of all other discordant relationships is a family member. Not only that - this unresolved discordant relationship is often the underlying source of general unhappiness people experience. Typically the family member involved is a parent, because of the foundational role that person plays in forming how you see the world. Whoever raised you will have a pivotal influence on your character and how you develop. If you are a parent, the family member pushing your buttons could be a child - triggering very old issues within you, perhaps from your own childhood. Patterns tend to get handed down from generation to generation. Sometimes parents, having experienced family dysfunction growing up, may unknowingly overcompensate with their own children, trying to protect them. This can backfire and things will need to be put back in balance. It's in Your DNA DNA is involved, regardless of whether your key person is a birth parent or other guardian. Children soak up ideas and prejudices like a sponge - they internalize many things they experience and these become a part of their DNA. As a child, you picked up parental thoughts telepathically and you learned by simply observing how a parent navigated life. You were much more perceptive than your caretakers realized. Adults will often say they are nothing like their parents. That's a misconception. People will carry within themselves - at a DNA level - tendencies and beliefs that originated with family and the genetic lineage. Even memories from previous generations can be passed on to offspring through DNA. To heal these old wounds, you must address the DNA-level patterns across the generations. Common DNA-Level Patterns DNA-level patterns humanity is in process of healing at a collective level are surfacing with increasing intensity during these times of radical planetary changes. Individuals and families carry the patterns, too. Common themes of patterns: trust, truth, justice, abandonment, separation, disconnection from spirit, boundaries, violation, control, and self-love. Each time you heal even one part of an issue like those mentioned, you advance spiritually and you help the collective heal. You also help your family line, including those no longer living. Spirit Orchestration of Birth Dynamics Did you know that the circumstances of your birth are largely a spirit orchestration? This includes location and birth family, as well as your birth astrology with indications of life path and potentials. There really are no accidents. You are not a victim of a cruel joke or bad luck. That is nonsense. As you evolve as a soul, you incarnate over time to grow spiritually and learn key things. The family you are born into is part of the package. Oftentimes, you will incarnate with the same people in various scenarios in order to develop mastery on this physical plane. You are each other's' teachers and you tend to catalyze things unique to your shared situation. That's why it's said that you will often learn the most from your most challenging relationships. They are the perfect mirror. 2016 Opportunity Use this mirror in 2016 to address and harmonize a key relationship. Decide now that you will do whatever it takes to heal old wounds. Your power comes from facing this directly, in the present and with an aware consciousness. Refuse to get bogged down in the minutia of discord, ruminating about past hurts and blaming the other person. Focus on you and how you can respond differently - focus on what this person is here to teach you. Don't make it about them. Consider how you can communicate in a different way. Elevate Your Communications for Healing To break an impasse in a relationship prone to communication difficulties, listening is more important than speaking. Engage your heart and stay present, your mind still, and actively listen to the other person - to the words, tone, nuances, and silence between words. You don't need to see eye-to-eye with someone to love them or to feel loved by them. Love is not about agreement, satisfying agendas, or settling scores. It is a pure healing energy that must come from within. No one agreeing with you can give you that. Remember: you are love already - it is naturally within you. As you endeavor to come from love in a key relationship this year, something wondrous can occur. Your love can be instrumental in harmonizing things with this person, setting in motion a ripple of beneficial energies that change your life in many ways. It may at first seem at a personal or micro level, but then you will notice impacts on a much larger scale. Your increased happiness and higher frequency indeed will magnetize much different types of situations and people - a bit like someone turned on a light that wasn't there before. Big Picture - Big Interconnected World with Limitless Potentials In the big picture, what matters is not how many relationships you have or whether you have a life partner. Virtually everything you do and manifest is in some sense dependent on your interconnections with the larger world - and how you manage those connections. Those connections all involve relationships and relating with the whole. Some people you will see but many will be invisible and off your radar. Examples: (1) Your next creative project could be birthed from your own imagination after a trip to the store and hearing two people talking about something they enjoy. (2) A new home you have dreamed about could become your new residence after a frustrating drive in traffic, your slowing down enough to see a for rent sign out front. (3) A new friend you meet casually at a conference could become your business partner in a brand-new type of venture that neither of you had envisioned before meeting each other. (4) Your ability to stay up late when it's quiet and write your novel is possible in part because of electricity others produce and you have remembered to pay your electric bill. In each of these examples, the successful outcome results from you being present, heart-centered, and taking some kind of constructive action. This way, you are consciously managing your connections and creating opportunities. It's like an energy exchange you are facilitating with the outside world - receiving and sending all the time! Trust that this year can be the time when you become more fully engaged with your vast potentials to be your best self. « Ascension Notes  All of Life is in Divine Order - 20-Jan-2016 We continue to receive great Light. Those who are especially sensitive may feel it especially in their physical bodies in the form of back pain and nausea; of course, there may be other manifestations depending on what is most important for you to experience for your evolution. While we focus on what the Light is sharing with us, we expand into New perspectives while we go ever deeper into old beliefs. Many of these deeper beliefs have been anchored in many lifetimes. One belief that is very deep is that of aging leading to disease leading to death and that everything must die. We tend to take for granted that many of these beliefs are simply the way things are; yet we are meant to question everything and explore what it means in our own life and if we can be open to a different way of being. We are not to go backward into remembering, but to create anew. In fact, anything that begins with “re” is a return to the past. If we see with New eyes and are like children when all is fresh and new, we empower our Innocence, Joy and Wonder and when that happens, we create the New, rather than “re”-peat what was in the old. If we can see a flower with Wonder, as if seeing it for the first time, we awaken that childlike Curiosity within; so important when creating new lives and a new way of being and perceiving. This then is not tainted by what we have always perceived to be true. We are newly born, without have any preconceived ideas. In this way, Truth can rise up and we may see with new eyes and hear with new ears. If our dreams and goals hold old beliefs within them, they more than likely will not manifest. Many blame themselves if they see that they cannot manifest something. They may think something like, “I’m not trusting enough;” “I’m not worthy enough;” “I’m not doing enough;” which translates to “I’m notenough.” This is an old belief, so let it go, because it is not the Truth. Who you are is pure Love, capable of anything if you truly trust it and know it with every fiber of your being. What you think is what is manifest, for your very cells hold your thoughts and create from them. Because the Light is increasing as folks’ consciousness expands, many more are awakening and this happens faster and faster. As old programs are released and old structures crumble, consciousness is free to soar. As you know, when one’s Light is expanded, it radiates out and touches others and thus, more awaken. So truly, it is essential to be open and authentic. Share your Light brightly and boldly (without expectation or attachment to how a person receives it). You may wonder if the current alignment of Mercury, Venus, Mars, Saturn and Jupiter have anything to do with anything. The answer, of course, is yes. Any time there is a cosmic event, it affects Earth. Since these planets are all a part of our Solar System and our Sun receives Light Codes from the Galactic Sun (Source), then surely this LoveLight is distributed through the planets. Therefore, there is more Light that is poured into us and into Gaia. This results in a shift in consciousness, Awareness and the continual Transformation of all. Transformation requires a disintegration of old energies, so wherever there is darkness, the Light will dismantle it so that Love expands. Notice what new discoveries there are, including a new planet, for much is being revealed and notice old secrets that no longer can be hidden. Light reveals all. With more Light, many perceive challenges. These perceived challenges are really opportunities to see where in life there needs to be a change or a shift in Perception. Any resistance creates pain, yet this pain also shows us where a shift is required. If you perceive challenge, know that this is a judgment, for everything is based on helping us rise in Love (consciousness and Light). Notice how some folks may ask you, “Are you all right?” This occurs because you have increased in Light and Love, while they may have not yet expanded to where you are vibrating. Everyone evolves at whatever rate is best for them, as long as they do not resist the changes. There is no judgment in this; only Discernment and Awareness, which is being the Compassionate Observer. When you can remain calm and peaceful and grounded, you help the energies help you. When you focus on what the masses are doing or not doing, you get held back in fear and judgment (duality). Detach from “ain’t it awful?!” and be strong in Joy and what is true for you. By doing this, you evolve. If you join in with the disintegration of the old, you empower 3D and delay your own evolution. When you detach, you empower your own evolution while adding to the Tranformation of the old. Life may seem chaotic to you at times, yet rather than judging it so, know that all is in Divine Order. It appears chaotic because we are in transition from the old to the New. Reflect on a time in your life when you chose to do something new. You probably felt insecure and unsure of yourself. In many of my jobs, when I worked for someone else, I was required to create a whole new program. At first, I was irritated that no-one would or could guide me and then I was excited that I could create each step along the way. Eventually, all went smoothly. Isn’t this exactly what we are doing now? As sovereign beings, we have the Power to create according to our own Guidance; Guidance we receive from our own Souls…and not from someone else, for when we think someone else has our answers, we give our Power to them. This is the old way. The Angelic Realm and the Realm of Ascended Masters, along with other Light Beings, are not with us to rescue or even tell us what to do; they are our equal partners. It is the same for us. We are not to save or rescue anyone or Gaia either. Everyone has the opportunity to listen to their own Guidance and Intuition so that they empower themselves. We each have Free Will and those of the higher dimensions will never interfere or tell us what to do, but rather, be in support of whatever our choices are. I had one experience when a man was following me as I walked along the river. He walked behind me rather closely. He would not look me in the eye when I asked if I could help him. Then I noticed a rather large and burly man standing many yards away and when I saw him, so did the man who was following me. As soon as he saw this “man,” he turned around and walked away. I was told later that the large burly man was Archangel Michael. He didn’t do a thing; he just stood there. It was the man’s (the one who was following me) choice to walk away. This is a perfect example of how the Light Beings support us. As we continue to evolve, we awaken more. Indeed things may seem quite strange if viewed from our old consciousness. Just keep focused on the Peace in your Heart and live your Higher Truth. If you are feeling anxious, nervous or fearful, it may be due to either inner conflict or feeling very unsure of your life right now, as we keep adjusting to more and more Light. Often times we label this as anxiety and it may not be that at all, but rather an increase of vibration. Deep pranic breathing into the Heart helps, especially if you use the 4-7-8 breath (inhale to the count of 4, hold your breath 7 counts and exhale to 8 counts). Meditation helps and bringing Light through all your chakras helps too. All is in Divine Order.Something else you can do is to channel the Light into your Pineal Chakra, the distributor of high dimensional Light. The Light then is distributed throughout you, including your cells, electrical system and DNA. This helps you to integrate the Light, rather than resist it. The last thing you want to do is think something is wrong with you, for that thought also feeds your cells and their job is to create what you think and feel. For some time now, we have been guided to empower our Hearts and feeling. We’ve done this pretty well. Now, it is time to merge our minds with our Hearts, so that we are of High Mind. This is thinking that is guided by feeling first. In this way, we can articulate our feelings. It is no longer Heart vs head; it is Heart-Mind, so that all thoughts are of Love, rather than having thoughts of duality. Some have already stepped into this expression and as you do, you communicate much more effectively and honestly. And this is the evolution of the separate ego into the ascended ego, where all is One, rather than the schism that was created from viewing the Heart and mind as two separate things. In Truth, all our systems are One. We cannot separate our mental from our emotional, spiritual or physical bodies. When you experience old energies like anxiety, anger, fear, control, etc; before you release and transform them, see where they are…Relationships? Job? Family? Once you discover what is out of alignment, take steps to infuse it with Love and Peace. This also may call for some choices to make. Also realize that feeling uncomfortable, when it doesn’t relate to anything in your life, may be because you are in new territory and it all feels uncomfortable because your comfort zone is pushing you out and helping you to be in the New. When things flow and you are energized with Joy and other Soul Essences, know that all is aligned in your life. This is a jumping off point to be more; to stand more confidently in your Truth and Authenticity. You may be guided to begin something that seems risky to you. Yet this "risky perception" is only because it’s new. Take just one step at a time. Take a breath and rest. You don’t have to make anything happen, for when you take a step the other steps present themselves as you trust you are supported. Remind yourself that things don’t happen linearly as they did in the past. You may very well ebb and flow with the energies. Nothing occurs in a progressive linear line anymore. You may change your mind several times, so pay attention to how you feel and go deeper into your Heart to see if this still is the path that is for your highest evolution. As you follow your Heart’s Guidance, if you run into resistance or some old pattern, take care of it before proceeding. We still are reorganizing at the same time that we are evolving. Trust the process. All is in Divine Order. Trust that you are Soul-guided to be all you are meant to be. Let it be. Bursting Your Perspective Bubble

With great volumes of love anchoring into your world from such sources as Venus, many powerful awakenings are dawning. Love has the power to clear out old stagnant energies as well as all forms of resistance to acceptance of the Creator. While love supports cleansing and purification within your being, love also encourages empowerment and manifestation of your dreams and soul aligned desires. Thus the energy of love is creating and activating two pathways of ascension from within you which will synchronise moving together to the same goal; unification with the Creator. It is essential to be aware of these two unfolding pathways as both will demonstrate to you a deeper understanding of yourself and the Creator. Honour both pathways, the pathway of purification and the pathway of manifesting brilliant experiences, however the key to navigating both pathways with ease is your ability to remain detached. Both pathways require greater love and the ability of acceptance to rise from within your sacred truth, however it is attachment which will hinder your progression in all ways and forms.

Attachment is connection with conditional love, detachment is connection with unconditional love.

The latter allows you to access your freedom, which is a source of energy and perspective within your being thus freedom is born from within you rather than any outer experiences or situations. Detachment and freedom are the same, they require a great volume of love to be recognised by you within your being and courageously emanated into all that you are and create.

With detachment and freedom in mind as well as an acknowledgement of the great volumes of love flowing into the Earth from Venus creating tremendous shifts, there is an insight, I, Archangel Michael, wish to bring forth to you. I wish for you to imagine yourself surrounded by a very large bubble. Your bubble is similar to the bubbles created by soapy water, they form beautifully and yet they can so easily burst, thus they no longer exist. A bubble that has burst cannot be recreated or reformed however new bubbles can be made from the source; the soapy water. The bubble surrounding you currently reacts in the same way, it is so strong and yet fragile. The bubble surrounding you is a bubble of your current perspectives, the reality you are choosing to live, see, sense and experience. Your bubble may be formed from many bubbles and yet it appears as a whole. Within your bubble is your en tire life, everything you believe life and yourself to be. It is challenging to step out of the bubble or the perspective you have of yourself unless you choose to burst your bubble of perspective. Your bubble can only burst by you choosing to see, sense and acknowledge a new perspective.

 Imagine for a moment that your bubble did burst, this would be akin to you letting go of your entire understanding of yourself and the Earth. How would you feel? Your reaction allows you to understand whether you are existing focusing on unconditional love or conditional love, in other words, detachment or attachment. If you are attached to your perspective then fear, suffering and feeling lost would be the reaction of your perspective shifting. If you are focused upon detachment, then freedom and exhilaration would be the result.

In order for you to experience the Era of Love and flow with the love movement promoted by Venus there is a need to be willing to let go of your perspectives, to burst the bubble you are surrounding yourself in. Once you have let go of your unneeded perspectives you will release the love that surrounds you and is within you which is waiting to create a new reality, life and perspective for you.

The main limitation to humanity’s ability to accept, embody and experience love is their attachment to old perspectives, which surround them in a bubble and become all that humanity is willing to see. I, Archangel Michael believe that the lesson of evolution which is being delivered to humanity at this time is an invitation to open your mind to love. At this moment opening your mind to love is more essential than encouraging your heart to expand to receive and accept love, any form of love. Your mind has the power to rule over your entire being. We recognise that many members of humanity are expanding their heart chakras and allowing love to flow however their minds remain in a bubble of unneeded perspectives which are creating an inability to see, sense or acknowledge beyond their bubble. The love flowing forth from Venus is waiting to perforate your bubble of perspectives, to allow love to flow into and be accepted by your mind, thus your mind and heart chakra can work in unison to create a reality of love.

Your perspective is your reality; your perspective surround you like a bubble which seems unescapable. It is only when you choose to let go of unhelpful, negative or old perspectives that you can release yourself from the cage of your mind, which you are living and experiencing every day upon the Earth. When your mind is focused upon love it is expansive creating experiences of freedom and heightened connection with the Creator. When the mind is focused upon old and unhelpful thought patterns and beliefs this can encourage you to feel as if you are in an unavoidable enclosure.

The key is to exercise detachment in order to create freedom. Think of your life as a game, meaning that although life may seem serious with consequences, dangers and threats however real it may feel it is an illusion to aid your spiritual evolution. Imagine that, I, Archangel Michael, invited you to play a game. I put you on a planet and tell you that the more thoughts, perspectives and beliefs you create within your mind aligned to love the easier the game will be and the happier you will feel. I would also tell you that negative or misaligned thoughts, perspective and beliefs would have consequences (you would experience them) however that which manifests is not real, it will not harm you and can be altered by you. Yes, you may play the game seriously focusing upon aligning with and expressing love and yet there would be a carefree aspect because you would be able to see beyond the illusions of your creations which were misaligned, thus you would just shrug, learn that the perspective doesn’t service you and move on. This is actually the game you are playing upon the Earth now, the only difference is that you are choosing to believe in illusion and so the negative or misaligned focused you create really do influence and effect you because you place so much energy into them. Detachment is a carefree perspective which can be described as a peaceful, calm and simple perspective, this is the focus the love of Venus wishes to bring forth in the coming year.

I, Archangel Michael wish to encourage you in the coming year to:

• Be conscious of your thoughts, focus, perspectives and beliefs, those that do not serve you are only bubbles holding you in the same reality and experiences, realise they create a reality born from illusion.
• When you are aware of a focus which is not aligned to the Creator and does not create love, realise this is a product of your old reality, it is a bubble surrounding you which requires to be burst. You can choose to burst the bubble thus creating change in your reality.
• Use the phase, ‘I now choose to burst my perspective bubble focused upon……. (what the perspective is) …. and erase it eternally.’
• Use the love of your heart to fill your mind in order to further create bubbles of love and freedom around you which is the reality you experience every day.
• I, Archangel Michael, mentioned that a bubble once burst cannot reform, however a new one can be created from the source of the bubble. You are the source of the bubble, you may unconsciously choose to recreate the same bubble, this is where your determination and will power will be required.

Please call upon my energies and the vibrations of Venus to support you at this time, every part of your being will undergo a realignment to love, it is the opportunity of your mind to further align with the love of your being and the Creator at this time.

GREAT SURGES OF MOVEMENT FOR LIGHT-BEARERS

Now you are going to see many developments occur in rapid succession. This is a kinetic force: the seeds you have planted, the prayers you have invoked, the desires you have surrendered up to God - now you will feel a great wave of forward motion surging through your life.

The strength of this wave may startle or unnerve you. It is taking you deep into the centre of your most fragile cravings for divine connection, and a sense of deep spiritual purpose on this planet.

You are greatly needed, as a light-bearer, as a healing force of love, and as a Wise One. Please do not confuse feeling scared, daunted or doubtful with the validity and sacred clarity of what is now coming to you.

You will feel swept up, as if carried atop a huge cresting wave, without much space to catch your breath at times. This is your Holiest Purpose. This is the undiluted, full-force concentrated essence of your Magic in Action.

Things will certainly begin to race ahead now, in all areas of your life. If you've been clinging onto anything - and we mean ANYTHING - that is not a part of your unfolding journey and divine contribution, it will now go before you even get a chance to wave goodbye. You know that this has gone on long enough. There is no time now to sit and go over the reasons why, or why not. There is only the igniting of this Holy Present Moment, and the pure vital forces that are contained within It, spurring you on to the new landscapes your Soul is thirsty to inhabit.

Expect rapid movement in all areas, because now is the time. You are being plunged into the centre, the core of the action. This is where you can be of most help. Do not doubt your ability to perform whatever it is that appears in front of you, or that which you are strongly guided to instigate and create.

You are surrounded by universal helpers embodying the rarest divine powers. Do not underestimate the support they are giving, and will continue to give, you. Never fear that you do not have what it takes. You have done this before, in lifetimes past, and yet now you have chosen to spread your light in dimensions that are not always conscious of what you carry in your sacred tool-bag. 

This poses challenges, but they are never insurmountable. Everywhere that you have chosen, and are Divinely-led, to go to is in GREAT NEED of your Light. Never forget that truth.

Now is a time of intense forward motion. You may notice a difference in the way in which you perceive the passing of time. You will be able to achieve enormous amounts of work in just one day. Time will shift and accommodate you.

There is much to do on this planet, and now is the time for being 'in action', guided by the Higher Wisdom of your Soul. Expect much to shift beneath and around you: the tectonic plates of your existence are moving, rearranging themselves, and preparing for seismic changes.

Breath deeply and fully throughout all of your days. Do not hold the breath, for it inhibits your ability to tune into Spirit and feel the flow of Love through your being. It also prevents you from releasing that which you no longer require.

Your relationships are profoundly altering - but we think you knew this already. You must be released from all karmic attachments that hinder the pure, rushing flow of your Heart as It seeks to find Home, to find true Safety, to find Inspiration, to find Unconditional Love.

Call on Us in every moment that you feel afraid or unsure of what is changing. We can give you instant confirmation that you are on the right track, and that all is being held in the Arms of the Divine. Everything is unfolding in ways that you cannot yet presently envisage. It is a Divine fabric - a tapestry - of grandeur and elegance, power and presence.

You are at the centre of this tapestry. You have a sacred function. You have a Purpose that goes beyond your lower mind's ideas. You are now going to be thrust, fully and unapologetically, into that Purpose.

Like a rocket containing enormous spiritual power, you are now launching. Wherever you land first, trust that it is the right place, even if it looks 'wrong' to your ego.

This is a time of great forward motion for all of the Family of Light.
